I have to say that I prefer the older Sunseekers like this one. Its unfussy styling, and really good, well organised, space for a 50 footer. Could easily be a live-aboard or a great holiday home in the Med or even the Caribbean if you had it shipped out there. Just keep the speed to 8 knots and you might even be able to afford to unstick it from the dock.

Yeah, I definitely much prefer the older layout with the galley on the lower deck. The saloons always look much more roomy and comfortable when they can occupy the whole of the main deck interior. I really like the early 2000s decor too. It just seems warm and cosy, more liveable somehow. This is _totally_ the kind of boat I could call in love with.

totally agree, much more cosy with the galley lower down and feels more homely. The only thing i don't like is the glossy wood.

Personally I prefer the elegant designs of the older sunseeker boats, this one is really well maintained considering it's 15 years old!

Love the details and clever design. By angling the master bed you get an ensuite head and a 3rd cabin while still having a cracking size cabin. Definitely a superior combination of style and substance. All in all this is a goldilocks boat, everything is just right, it's lovely.

PS, the other half ended up going for a BMW 420d not the SL. Red with ivory interior, hard top convertible and 4 seats. It's the 4 seats that swung it. Her heart loved the f-type jag she drove but her head won out.🤣😂🤣👍👍👍🚘

High gloss is an understatement. You’d need sunglasses on to look at that table for any length of time. Nice review.

Love the boat! Love the tour! But I’d really like to meet and hang out with the owners, judging by the way they stocked the boat up. Alcohol on the spice rack, Alcohol stuffed in the fridge, even alcohol in the cabin drawers. Brings a whole new meaning to the name of the channel. Bravo!

The attention to detail and finishes from Sunseeker goes along way to explain why she looks so good for her age, not withstanding a real good owner, just goes to show, sometimes it's wise to go the extra little on the new purchase price.

A lot of boat for that sort of money I would say.
Such a classic look the polished wood and light coloured leather upholstery, I'm always a sucker for that look.
The best thing about quarantine is being able to watch these videos all day.
I have watched several 300.000 Euro yachts , but i like this one very much.
Fantastic boat, Compliments to the owner for looking after it so well. Really goes to show, that one does not need to spend £1M+ on a new boat as long as beautiful alternatives like this one here are available. Keep'em coming, Nick!

Other than some unavoidable sun bleeching on some of the wood and a scuff on the carpet by the table, it looks pretty fine for a 15-year old boat. Also nice to see one that has those little telltale marks of being actively used rather than a showroom-perfect "untouched by human hand" look.
The thing I thought showed it's age was the headliner above the helm area... wonder if the stains would come out or you'd have to do some remodeling.

Truly wasn't expecting a great use of available space in a go-fast boat but Sunseeker really got it done perfectly here. Not just a sexy go-fast boat but also functional. Other than some minor updates I can't see what needs to be done to this boat to make it perfect for months long cruising. Price is also more reasonable than expected especially if you can correctly assume the mechanicals are as well taken care of as the interior.

This is a great choice for a live aboard - value for money, room for the new and expanded systems such as solar, batteries, more water storage, etc.
Big fan of the older yacht design, Sunseeker, Princess and Fairlines of the early 2000s.

Lovely boat and tour as always. Looking at the kitchen the owners clearly love a drink, it looks like they wash the dishes with Bacardi!
Quite like the layout of this one, which kind of surprised me. Just needs an electronics upgrade to be a damn fine cruiser. Could also be a great live aboard. I’d make a few subtle changes, for my preferences, but really well laid out. That “crew cabin” would have been more like a brig. Another fantastic Aquaholic tour!
Had a little chuckle when you touched that port-side wiper. The spring is obviously shot and the blade has become curved. Great overall boat condition for it's age. Well looked after 👍

Having viewed many of Nicks reviews on new boats, its refreshing to see one which is 'lived in'. At 16 years old, it has lost none of its class and has been well looked after - the engine bay was spotless!
Fantastic boat. I love that the owners have a pet bed. The wife and i have three large dogs, and ive often wondered how feasible extended boating is with a large pet.
Classic Sunseeker - lots of nice touches and the interior looks great. Impressive boat for 50 feet. Comparing modern Sunseekers against this, I can’t but help feel they’ve slightly lost their direction in terms of style and design - this is much better!
Looks like the VIP cabin was stocked up for a trip with Paul Gascgoine!
Seriously though, lovely boat. Perfect for a 3 week blast down to the med and back.
After 15 years it all comes down to how well it was maintained and what needs to be done before a blue water vacation can be taken. Very nice high gloss cherrywood and solid chromed pieces makes time stand still. Good video.... Maggie’s day off?

One of these days, it's bound to happen, Nick will open a drawer of a yacht that's in use, saying "tons of storage as you can see", and in it there will be a vibrator or something hilarious like that. 🤣

Don't normally like older boats, but this one to be fair does have a bit of charm. Still, could never settle it with myself to pay £335k for one that's 15 years old.
You do such a great job. You treat a wonderful old classic model with the same aplomb as you you do a $$$$ luxury model. Quite refreshing, actually. All with such personal touches and attention to detail. Why didn’t you have a beer (plenty of it!) during the tour? Wink. Please keep up the great work! You are a gem.

I really like this boat - obviously well cared for, and in use as well. I think I like the galley below layout, it's efficient use of what would otherwise be corridor space, and gives more entertaining space on the main deck where you want it.
