  • After years of camping and Overlanding, I've used a lot of different tables and chairs. However, there are always pros and cons to each one. So, I finally stepped up to a Helinox brand table and this thing is really nice. It's on the pricey side, so you'll want to decide if you're looking to "buy once, cry once" or if you don't go enough that it makes sense to warrant the more expensive gear. Honestly, I think this thing will last me for years to come and I'll get a lot of use out of it, so it may be worth the premium price.
    Check out the video for all the details, how to set it up, and all the features of this awesome little table. If you have any questions, post up in the comments below!

    I bought a knock off helinox chair from amazon last year. Although its great, once you actually have an helinox in your hand you instantly know the difference. Which by far is the quality . I bought a helinox
    savannah on amazon this week because of the sales. Once recieved it the next day, I examined it. I instantly bought 3 more in different styles. As for The table I actually ordered the large last night. Helinox is just on another level of quality

      Right. I’ve been historically supercheap and I’ve run a bunch of the knock offs too and they’re just completely different. If you want something that’s gonna last for probably 6 to 8 years at least then Helinox is what you want. If you’re gonna change chair cells every year or two and you don’t mind just buying new cheap ones over and over again then go cheap.

    Helinox is well worth the money! Night and day quality over the replicas. Great review 👍

      Thanks! Yeah, the Helinox stuff versus the multiple cheaper knock off versions I've had have held up way better. I'm still using the Helinox stuff but pretty much all my other stuff has broken or fallen apart.

      @@AllThingsOverlanding I have more Helinox chairs than I care to admit 😂. But they are all holding up great, and have even passed some of the smaller chairs to my kids now and they are surviving kid abuse. That says a lot!

    Nice review! Thanks!
    BTW, the zippered flap doubles as the velcro strap you were looking for. 😉
    Or maybe slide one of those end loops onto the base before attaching the top.

      Not sure what makes it tactical, but that's what they call it! :D Thanks!

      Haha, it's definitely on the pricier side for sure!

    I have a Helinox table (large size). The case has carrying loop at each end. I attach each end of the loop to the table frame before I attach the table top. So the case is always part of the table. That way you won’t lose it. I also have their tactical cot with extension legs. I have many Helinox products. Love their very high quality products.

      I like that! They are super nice and I love my Helinox stuff too. Worth the cost in my opinion.

    No way is this worth $150. Grab a milk crate and it’s dual purpose.

      Yeah, but is that a "Tactical" milk crate?

      @voodoo36x hahahahaha! :D

      Totally depends on budget and need I guess. Sure, a milk crate is about the same height and can be used as a table. If you've got a spot for it in your truck and stuff to put in it, then you could also use it as a table. But then you've got to dump everything out of it every time you want to use it. Or, if you don't have stuff that specifically goes into the crate, then it just takes up space and doesn't fold down. Not necessarily saying a $150 table is the best or only other option, but if you need something that folds down small and doesn't take up much room, then it might make sense for some set ups.
