Stockholm's metro. Metro cara number 2000, class C20F. A special variant in the series C20 metro cars. The car basket has vacuum-glued composite construction, with thin but strong walls. The car was manufactured by Bombardier, and they are also known as a major aircraft manufacturer. So they have used the same technology as in the aircraft industry. The design is called the FICAS, Fully Integrated Carbody Assembly System.
Externally, the metro car is recognizable with smooth walls, instead of the grooved basket sides found on other C20s. Inside, the thinner walls mean that it is about 20 cm (8 in) wider than other C20s. With a wider center aisle, there is room for approx. 35 more passengers. But above all, it has been equipped with air conditioning / AC, in contrast to the usual C20 wagons which take in the outside air without cooling.
There is only one of it, but technically it is compatible with the other 270 C20 metro cars in the Stockholm metro. In the video, the C20F is coupled first, along with two standard C20 cars behind, in the metro train.
