WE MISS YOU GUYS! But, having work is good. I wondered about the runway and the moles. But the black plastic is still a great idea for a runway. Just keeping little miners out from under it. Maybe there is a gold mine under the runway. I had both the Revell and the Blade CH-46 and enjoyed them both. I literally wore them out. But the beauty was they were small enough for indoor flying, The Revell one was on a infra-red control system. And it worked much better than I expected. At my house you had to fly at combat alert all the time because of ceiling fans and the cat.... I've seen that camo green Black Hawk and it's really a nicely detailed. Windshield wipers and moving side doors. A friend that now works for Horizon Hobbies could fly that thing like it was an extension of his arm. I was never that good but they are a lot of fun! Good to see you on line!

This is Nice ….. but too expensive. I’ve been building helicopters lately and not spending near the money. I put 1/32 model helicopter bodies on Fo3s and a OH-6 on a 130 size helicopter similar to the FireFox you have. That video helped me decide on witch heli to buy first. Got a couple more to do, hope your maiden goes well 👍🏻✌🏻🖖🏻

Great to see guys again! Love your videos. Nice chopper, but a bit pricey for what you get. I can't help you with the weather, but as for the mole problem, try this: First, remove what you currently have, saving the fabric. Remove the soil down about 40 cm, or pack it down as deep as you can. Now start with a 30 to 40 cm thick layer of 5 cm limestone, cover that with a 5 - 10 cm layer of fine gravel or crushed limestone, then roll and smooth the surface. You should be able to fly off of that. If it isn't smooth enough, cover it with the fabric you saved. Just keep in mind that moles really love being under the "magic carpet" if there is room enouth to burrow, so don't use any dirt. They usually don't dig in stone or limestone gravel, especially if it is packed hard. Unlike asphalt or cement paving, it can be plowed under if you or your club call it quits, and it isn't nearly as expensive. This is what we have and it works for full size ultralight aircraft as well as our club's RC planes (we don't have fabric down though). Good luck and I look forward to your next video!

On a totally different subject, My new exhaust system arrived I ordered for my Yamaha Xmax-300 scooter and it says it’s skillfully designed and manufactured in Slovenia! It’s all stainless & a work of art. So I’m now riding around in the USA with a sexy Slovenia made Akrapovik muffler 😊

Hi have the same heily bin flying 10years plus I can't understand why suddenly the fo9 s transmitter started beeping beeping beeping I had 20 satellites fully charged battery and full bars on the tx soild green light in gps mode and 6 times it would suddenly go backwards and sadly crashed and broken the rear tail fin I did the gyro setting calibration and the gps senor calibration what could of gone wrong??thanks
Dang $550 USD for a tiny 2s helicopter. For that much it should come with FPV goggles and a full starter setup. Seems there would be much more value available in bigger name brands. Cool looking rig though

You could dig a 1ft trench around runway edges. Fill with Quick Cret Concrete and that might work.
Our Australian Market is expensive too...... AU$840 for such a small "chopper"

You could make a runway out of your galvanized sheet metal, it would be removeable but impenaterable to rodents.
