Branson has one restaurant that always seems to have a line out the door or a full parking lot, Billy Gail's! Here you can find from 7 am to 3 pm some of the best country cooking in all of Branson and with that hefty title comes one plate that will leave your belly full and your pants needing to go up a size, the 14" larger than life pancake!! Today I am tackling this big boy and seeing how much I can eat!!

Question of the Day: What is the largest pancake you have ever had?
If you ever make it to Kansas be sure and check out a place called Carriage Crossing in Yoder Kansas. The food is 100% amish homemade. Fresh baked bread is made into toast and cinnamon rolls are the size of dinner plates. It's amazing. Across the street is a full deli with meats, cheeses and other goodies plus a gift shop. It also has the states smallest house built way back before tiny houses were a thing.
That sounds delicious I may be going through Kansas very soon so I will try to keep that in mind thank you for that suggestion
Hutchinson kansas isn't far from Yoder. Check out Strataca salt mine. They have a museum and you can travel like 650 feet underground. If I remember right it's like a two hour tour.

Thank you so much! I always love to share the fun things that I find along the way but the tasty treats are absolutely my favorite. It gives me an excuse to try a whole bunch of different kinds of food from different places and then find things that I might not normally have in my area

Billy Gails is the bomb. Did I see a new one up by the Sight and Sound. Seems like i did when I drove by that little shopping center. Pancakes are amazing.
Someone said something about that they might be putting up another location so that would be very good if they did! I know that they own flat Creek also and they did expand flat Creek in more recent months as well.

Absolutely it’s one of those once in a lifetime foods. Everything that I tried from there was delicious but I do know that they’re known for other breakfast foods as well. For example next time I go I’m gonna try the million dollar bacon!!
I've been craving pancakes, was actually going to buy a pancake mix at my grocery shop this week, but I just have to have maple syrup with them!. That looks amazing.

I managed to eat it for breakfast here but also had a nice size dinner. I didn’t eat the whole thing I could and there was no possible way but after eating it for two full meals I was completely stuffed to the gills

Yummy! That looks so good! If you ever make it to central florida you must try The Sugar Mill Pancake House at Deleon Springs State Park in DeLeon Springs, Florida. It's an old sugar mill with it's original mill intact. It's very rustic and the table have griddles in them to make your own pancakes. It's so tasty and so much fun! And the park it breathtaking with a natural springs olympic size pool.

This is one of those places that if you go there it really does when you over with the food. On the day that I was there there were a lot of different people eating and all of them had amazing looking dishes. Because I was there a little bit later I saw everything from breakfast options to brunch options to lunch options. A couple that was sitting nearby me I leaned over and stocked their food from a distance it made me extremely hungry oh my goodness I’ll be going back to have what they did

The pancake looks yummy and the place is so cute inside
I love how they have this interesting collection of different kinds of items that make it really come to life. The theme is fine and it really reflects the location that they are in the Ozarks. They do have another location as well that’s in a different community and it has similar kind of Decour but is a larger establishment.
I like their french toast and chicken breakfast.

Oh it absolutely is… They just made a special by adding the pancakes instead of the burger LOL I love stuff like that though I find them in random places in fact as you watch my videos that will be coming up I went to a place in St. Louis it also has a big boy who will be making a Debut lol

I absolutely love pancakes. It’s my favorite breakfast food. I love breakfast for dinner. I think i could eat breakfast for dinner about every day. ☺️ love sausage but my stomach is not nice when i eat it. 😕 That pancake was huge. I could only eat half to.
It was so huge that I had to eat it twice and still had some left over LOL I do love pancakes though I love those sweet and savory options so making it into a savory option for dinner was just such a fun challenge

Fun , but wasteful. They probably throw away 300 lbs of pancake a day. Maybe it goes to a pig farm? Good coffee too.
I personally took mine home with me and it did not go to waste so if others are not doing the same thing they are missing out… The best thing about it was reheating it for dinner time and having breakfast for dinner
