I am so glad that decor boxes are pivoting away from subscriptions. There have subscription boxes that you have opened where I have really liked the decor pieces one season, but not at all the next. I am very happy about having the option to just purchase boxes when I see items that I like.
That’s crazy over 200 for that box I thought it was too much at the 189 those canisters are like 40$ for big $30 for small $20 for candle $35 for flowers and $40 for pillow cases max that’s that’s $165 there is now value at all and you can get almost the same at home goods for probably $120ish
I quit all subscriptions of any kind months ago due to being tired of spending money. I think it’s good to have it piece meal purchasing imo. We just moved to Austin and I donated so much stuff. I’m in the “stuff exhaustion” phase now 😂
So true, when you move and down size you get rid of so many things you've accumulated and don't feel like buying more. Enjoy when your kids are little and get excited about decorations, it doesn't last. Anything I purchase now has to be very well thought out and deliberate.

All that packing of all “the stuff” made me tired of “stuff”. It made me realize it wasn’t needed or even wanted any more. When we were unpacking here I continued to donate piles of “stuff”. It felt good to lighten the load lol. ❤️😂
I like the shift in home decor boxes away from subscription model. I think these items are pretty but I don’t see $290 value there. Especially compared to the value you get from boxes like Free Spirit Bundle and Robert & Wallace. Thanks for sharing though!
It took me a bit to understand the benefit of the change, but it finally dawned on me that shipping costs are astronomical and getter higher all the time. The Elite membership gives you free shipping, not only on the boxes, but also on things from the shop. Another neat thing about moving away from sub boxes is that I'd sometimes prefer to order 2 boxes from a single seller, instead of 1 box per seller. This gives me the flexibility to do that since I can either skip or cancel that season's box from the other seller.
I miss the old way. To become an Elite member is $154 plus’s you have to pay for the full price curated boxes. Free shipping and free surprise gift in theory, doesn’t sound like they are free. 😔 I really loved her subscription one of the best in the industry. I really hope that this pivot doesn’t end it for her.

It makes me so sad that retailers and boxes rush the summer away and jump into fall items so early. These products are pretty but it's the middle of July and I"d rather live in the present rather than continually looking for and jumping into the next season
I'm so NOT ready for fall. Stop rushing my summer. I need the sunshine and warmth! I hate that stores and sites are trying to rush us through seasons anymore. I won't even go into Hobby Lobby right now because mid june they were utting out fall and Christmas. Drives me nuts. Let me enjoy the seasons in that season! All that being said, you got a beautiful box. I would use everything in your box and the flat acorn one except maybe the candle. But we have to be careful with those here. Besides triggering migraines certain scents trigger asthma attacks here. Love that we can shop her site now without a subscription and that she has option levels. Great box just to early.

I am an elite member and ordered the harvest luxe box for Fall 🍂🍁🍃🎃. I haven’t received anything gold or silver. I also haven’t received my “free” gift for June. I’m honestly pretty confused by all the new “perks”.
I like both. It's hard somtimes to get a box given work schedules, what side of the country one lives on etc. This is my fave box and I don't get notifications to know when new boxes are coming up. When I was a subscriber, I didn't have to worry, I just made my selections.

I don't think it's really fair to rag on Decor Steals for sending a single pillow case when that box is $155, and the box you're showing here is over $300 with shipping. You could buy 2 Steal It Boxes for that price to get your 2 pillow cases, plus have double of everything else in that box LOL!

I like full curation like FFF, but also have some that are surprises, like Salt and Light, Journal Junk and Willow Nook. I hope Sage and Salts Curated and Simply Hostess don't change.
