    why load step 1 should be set with a very small ending TIME value? will it generate errors if the value is big ,like 10s

    Thank you. It was really helpful. I am curious , why the third creep constant was set to 0 ? If i am not wrong C3 denotes Q ( Activation energy for creep) . How big would be the difference in results if i chose to include c3 ? TIA

    I have a question
    I did everything same as this video but i saw below error.
    "An error occurred inside the SOLVER module,The refrence units defined for the creep does not match."
    Why this problem happened?

    Thank you for the very helpful tutorial. Did you try other methods like modified time hardening, combined time hardening or generalized time hardening? I obtained experimental data from coupon tests and fitted the results into Ansys equations but when I add them up on a simple coupon model I get unreal results (low creep impact and on the part of a coupon which is not even heated). However, on the same model with your Norton coefficients at least the creep deformation is significant and it is on the part of the coupon where it needs to be. Do you maybe know what is the reason for it? Sorry to bother you here but I really don't know where to ask and where to seek some assistance.

      ​@@iDESIGNBests Thank you very much for your response. I managed to find only ANSYS manual from 1999 where the creep is very poorly explained. Do you know maybe where to find a recent one?

    “creep strain ratio has exceed” for model from “Modeling and creep strain .... Aluminium alloy 6061-T6 by creep tensile test ”, loads: 200MPa and 350 C. Help pls)

      Did you choice the correct material settings from material library?
