I'm using Wacoms for almost 20 years now and can only say: massively overpriced stuff and an arrogant company. I'm currently in the way out from Wacom land. The features that make the intuos so much more expensive, like the eraser on the back end of the pen, touch control on the tablet and wireless mode are completely useless and not worth an additional dime. End of rant. I'll try this one when it is available here in Germany.
I have been researching this tablet for a gift and all the videos I found have been ridiculous. THANK-YOU for a clear, straightforward approach with helpful information. So refreshing!
I’ve been looking at buying a tablet for a long time, and this one just seems perfect! I’ve bought it and am waiting for it to arrive!! Absolutely adore the color to which makes it even better
Forgot I made this comment haha, anyways I’ve got it now and it’s great!! Works really well with my old laptop and I adore the wheel to zoom in and out! It has so many extra nibs that I hopefully won’t have to buy new ones in years haha! :)
Your audio is always so clean. I know you are more into teaching visual aspects of video and graphics--but can you give us a hint on your audio process? Also--when it comes to tablets--I don't see how people draw with the plastic on plastic feel.
Thank you! I'm still learning myself, but do plan to make a video about my production setup/process. As for the plastic on plastic feeling, it's just something you get used to. Plus like I said in the video, the protective film actually gives it a bit of friction and feels more like drawing on paper.
I have used Parblo products since 2016. I had a Wacom tablet and when I upgraded my Mac OS. Wacom didn't support my tablet anymore. They advised me I needed to purchase a newer tablet. So, I bought the Parblo a610 and even to this day it still works with Mac OS and windows latest version of OS. Recently I bought the Intangbo M and the smaller Tangbo S for travelling with.
@@Luffz Parblo sent me 3 tablet to review and I highly recommend picking one up. For the value and functions it is worth the cost. I do recomend getting the thin plastic cover. It will last a lot longer from all the marks and dinging you do. I got one on my a610 that is about 6yrs old and still look new and functions like a brand new one.
i came on your channel about 3 weeks ago because of your expression videos. Great content, great guy. rly helpfull in a lot of situations. you deff need more hype! a fan from germany 🔥
Jake thanks for letting us stand on your shoulders with the awesome knowledge you share. Have you noticed a huge drag threshold using the Intangbo in Premiere Pro or After Effects?
Holy crap! Such a price difference! Even if it breaks just buy a new one and still save money! And hey, that gross hand grease is what allows me to draw super fast.
Hey Jake! Love your work! Question, can you upload tutorials on using Element 3D (and I know this is 3d, but explanation of some basic 3d concepts would be incredible!) If you can explain some VFX stuff that would be awesome too! Thanks man!
Man, people really should learn how to properly test drawing performance with graphic tablets. This guy is not helping at all in this regard and should take example on TheSevenPens, Brad Colbow and Teoh Yie for his tests. The drawing experience is not identical at all between the Intuos Pro M and the Intangbo M. The Wacom has more stable diagonal lines( close to no jitters ) than the Intangbo M.
Curious what mouse setup you are using, since you mentioned that the tablet isn’t for your day to day use. I use after effects and premiere all day long and have struggled to find a setup that doesn’t hurt my wrist.
Wacom is always overprice. Its advantage is driver that compatible to almost every OS without bugging and ditching out other tablets drivers. Any drawing tablet that is higher than 100$ is overprice.
Does anyone know the difference between this (the Intangbo M) and the Parblo A610 Pro? I couldn't find much about them online. They have the same size and buttons, and just come with a different pen, but the two pens also look very similar. And, currently, there is just a $4 difference between them on amazon.
Hello. A610Pro is a bit larger than the Intangbo, but the working area is the same. In addition, A610Pro uses a normal passive pen, while the IntangboM uses the latest P08 passive pen, which has higher stability and compatibility. After that, the Report Rate Speed of Intangbo is 266RPS, while the A610Pro is 200RPS, which means that IntangboM catch you draw lines faster when drawing.
@@ThumberBulls6 Unable to work. Each tablet corresponds to each pen. If you unfortunately lose your pen, you can contact us to get a new one. Passive pens have shortcut buttons that can be set to erase by computer, or you could set it on the tablet buttons.
Hello, Jake. I've found two variants of this tablet on Parblo official website. The 1st one is with protection film and the 2nd one is without it. How much is it necessary to buy a tablet with a protective film?
It'sore about feel than protection, to me. I'm generally not hard on my devices and do my best to take care of them, so I'm not as worried about wear and tear. But the protective film has more of a textured surface which feels more like paper to me.
@@JakeInMotion lol. DOH! That was the exact part of the video when I clicked on the Amazon link and my attention wandered for fifteen seconds. Something I've really been hoping one of the AE gurus or Procreate/Fresco gurus would do is some optimal ways to integrate the two devices/programs in some specific workflows. Like, to create a really organic wipe, export from AE in this manner, import into Procreate like this, create brushstrokes like so, export animation like this, import into AE and then voila, you have a more hand-drawn reveal. Or whatever. The watercolor bleeding in Fresco would be a nice effect that is otherwise not easy to do in AE.
DON'T BUY THIS TABLET. I bought mine and it does not work. It says the device isn't connected to my pc and I tried every single USB port. Their support also sucks af if you don't wate to waste money, run away from this
i started breathing heavy after seeing the coloured pen... ohhh my gosh its so pretty ackkk i love coloured electronics
