Wow, this one is great ! I love the big rooms, balconies, and the bonus terrace. The flooring is gorgeous. The price is very reasonable. A bit of tlc and this home could be perfect. This one will not last long at all !
Sweet place. Love the top floor and terrace. Basement and terrace makeover. Paint the walls picking up the warmer tones from the tiles to tie it together. It would be a really fun project. ❤
We love this one! The floors are beautiful! Fiorella you look lovely .We like the new intro you are giving as well. We just missed Aiden in this one. By the way, how is your house reno coming along? Ciao
Looking at the floor tiles of the largest room, it seems theres been a partition wall built over them ?? Maybe this could be removed. What a grand room this would make. I❤ this property, such potential.
Beautiful tiles throughout the home! And huge potential for a rental property on the first floor that would pay for the house purchase in just a few years
This one checks all the "required" boxes for me! Perfetto. It just needs some minor renovations that shouldn't cost more than $10k-$15k US dollars. I'll put my "what I would do" comments in a separate comment. :-)
I think I would make that into 3 units. The space upstairs is big enough to be 2 separate units and I can see how the entryways could be set up. Then the downstairs as a 3rd unit. Is there any other entryway for the cantina? I’d hate to lose that space, but closing up that entry in the floor would make that space more usable.
Wow that's a awesome house especially for rhe price. I could do alot with it . But its just me so it would be way to big for me . But the smaller one with the cantina would be good for me then could rent out the big house as well. Either way I poce the house. Just can't retire just yet . Have another 6 yrs. Before I can retire early. So I'll just keep building up my retirement money and my 401k tell then.
Fiorella, what you call storage space in a ground floor apartment is the perfect walk-in closet. That's how the majority of Americans call it and use it.

The weird stairs area - I would close that up and turn it into a HUGE walk in storage area!

Love the feel of the main entrance door and the balcony above.
Stairs need to reconfigured inside though. Feels too choppy.
Great size property.👍❤️
Where was the kitchen?

This one is great! Big empty slate. Not for us, though…we need one level.
No kitchen??
