Please Help.. I have a question about Cap Cut exporting. When I export a video. After export has finished and showing the open folder dialog, there appears to be some additional encoding information happening in the box below the preview, which says " Generating" Whats going on here, What is it " Generating" ? I notice that the box for either TikTok or RUclips is highlighted. perhaps it is also converting for these formats after the main encoding to MP4 has finished. I do not want any of these options for TikTok or RUclips. Is there a way to stop this from happening.?

Hello, I also bump into a problem using Capcut desktop. When I want to use one of the AI Characters and I hit the "Add" button I get this message "Update Capcut to the latest version to use AI Characters" there is a cancel button and a Update button in the same pop-up.
When I hit the Update button, nothing happens because I already use the latest version (3.8.0)
Any idea what's wrong here?
Mine is capcut on iPhone. If I uninstall and reinstall will it fix the problem?

Hi. I have an opposite problem. I don’t have an option to buy pro. I can only access free effects shakes etc. like pro features never existed. Is it available only on Windows? (I’m using Mac)

I have pro but every time I upload to tiktok it adds try capcut advert and I cant remove it . Why is that still on pro and how do I take it off. It's the premade templates . Can anyone help me ?
The very question is how one can purchase or subscribe to that Pro version? My PC version of CapCut doesn’t have any fx with pro tab or other pro features.

Using CapCut for Desktop, how do I sync audio separate from the video (for dialog only)?
At this time Capcut doesnt have an audio sync feature. You can extract audio from video, but that is it.
The thing is I have Pro already but it's on my phone. I'm using the same account on PC and it throws the Join Pro issue. Please don't tell me I'm supposed to have TWO DIFFERENT PROS PER DEVICE TYPE! That would be beyond ridiculous.

The subscription button doesn’t show for me in capcut… I’ve been trying so long to to sub so I can use the paid futures but there isn’t a “Join pro” button not on my phone nor my imac

The whole reason to download capcut is for captions! I guess the trial period is over, because I did what you just did, click off "pro" feature - captions- and defeats the purpose. I might as well write the text manually on my videos to save time or find alternative or pay for pro.🙄
yep I only wanted it for captions. Been editing w/premiere pro for almost 20 years (my age is showing) and I don't need any other feature. Just frustrating that the captions are apparently "pro" because I thought I had a free trial for the whole program, so I spent 20 minutes captioning a 2 hour late project just now lol. Ugh. I'm quitting! 😅
We are on that end where we actually can't figure out where the pro effect is in our project😢
We figured out a way to locate the Pro Effect and remove it from the project.
▪️Duplicate the project
▪️Start deleting content one at a time, watching to see if the Pro Effect notification disappears.
▪️ if it doesn't disappear call Mom restore and delete the next portion, until the message disappears.
▪️ restore and remove the effect or reproduce that section
The fix is that download previous versions of capcur
it is still flagging even after removing

Unfortunately, there is no easy way to do that. You'll have to scrub your project to find it.
