City & Guilds apprentice chef - Chris Kenny

Chris Kenny started his culinary career as an apprentice at Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire, working with celebrity chef Raymond Blanc. His apprenticeship has helped him rise through the ranks in the kitchen, and he is now a Junior Sous Chef. He won a City & Guilds Lion Award in 2008 and Young Chef of the Year 2011.
