I was so happy when he realised he wasn't gonna shoot down a plane with an LMG, and spotted the Flak turrets.

he should just pay more attention to objective markers, and indicators in general. He also never reloads or notices points of interest that the game is trying to show him.
Not gonna lie. Battlefield V, the soundtracks are amazing. I have a soft spot for them. The soundtracks of Battlefields game is genuinely stunning
The flutes and drums always made everything feel way more intense than call of duty. You play any modern call of duty and for some reason hard dubstep starts playing at the intense parts, its just not fitting. But its a whole different demographic. Wish they stuck with the rock and roll and metal soundtracks with CoD, battlefield always came in hot with the classical and jazz style, always gets me more pumped. The iconic battlefield theme music for the game your playing at the end of a comquest match is always extra thrilling and intense.
Under no Flag and Norway are masterpieces

25:00 and 29:35 seeing people finding connections to themselves or something dear to them in video games and get excited like this is what I love to see. My dad never was interested in my gaming before BF1. I remember playing on the Galicia, Russia map when my dad walked in. Apparently his grandparents and great-grandparents lived in Galicia and he was somewhat shocked to see the name on the screen. He sat down and watched me play for like half an hour.

Hey OH, for better experience with Battlefield V, here is some advice for the next missions. Firstly, the game offers a variety of choices to complete task. For example, you can actually steal planes, capture anti tanks, anti air guns by yourself. Secondly, the Commando Carbine has a silencer by default so you can complete any mission without enemy noticing you (any type of ammo can be found on dead bodies). Moreover, u can throw lure at anytime so don't waste the chance.
The best thing of battlefield 5 is The Last Tiger campaign it is new steps in war campaigns completely focusing a part of the game on the enemy. I LOVE IT 🥰
It's so cool to see Luke get giddy up over this mission about the royal marines the same way I get giddy about navy seals in the game Medal of Honor

Battlefield 5s version of I vow to thee my country is one of the best I've ever heard and together with the action in the back...simply breathtaking. Something else that's breathtaking is seeing Luke's excitement over his Royal Marines in game.
Had a horrible weekend, horrible monday, finally get around to this on an even more horrible tuesday, but still manage to get a smile because of how enthusastically he reacts to realizing the Royal Marine connection in the level.
"Until you've pulled the trigger on the enemy, you aren't ready for war." And the following monolog gives me chills and the feels every time.

As a big aviation fan, seeing Luke trying to shoot down planes with a Lewis gun gave me cancer

The Sten was not issued to British troops until 1941. And didn't become massively distributed until at least 1942.
Now here in Norway at the Battle of Narvik in April to June of 1940, every paratrooper has one.
45:05 An STG-44 with a radium paint optic sight in 1942.
There are more innacuracies Tiger tank was developed in 1942 I dont know what it was doing in Narvik in the 1940s so thats bullshit. Also in Tobruk there were no Tigers since it was in 1941 still a year to early. Also there are Sherman Calliope which have been a a whole 3-4 years earlier deployed. Also sniper in Kasserine pass was shooting medics (War Crimes). Tirailleur Senegale were not treated as less of a citizens due to skin color because they helped French alot during WW1 an WW2 if I would be drafted to war I would rather do logistical works or cook instead of fighting that cavalier attitude was not present in WW2 maybe in WW1. That girl and mother story is complete bullshit because it was done by special commando during Operation Gunnerside who didnt fire a single shot during that sabotage. Also during prologue figher pilot mission they are using Supermarine Spitfire as allies which would not be possible since they would ran out of fuel somewhere in Belgium because they could fly only 680 Km max.
@@ValidatedPerson The heavy water sabotage mission was the most disrespectful. The best mission out of all of them, funnily enough, is the one that was delayed and released later. The Last Tiger. The one where you may or may not play as a Waffen-SS tank commander. (It's hard tp tell if he's meant to be SS.) It's a good story, even if it was told in such a bad game.

Despite the negativity the game has received, i do believe the campaign was its saving grace. its a beautiful and emotional rollercoaster many war games fail to capture. i applaud them on this.

Last scene:British airborne units fighting the Germans SS armoires division during Operation Market Garden

I really liked the story telling, the campaign of BF5, but I disliked the way they changed the multiplayer system for vehicle spawns and spawn points as such, I enjoyed the way it was from BF1-2 up to 3-4.

How the HECK is it possible, that the Tiger had a reload time of about 2.5 seconds?!? *2.5 seconds, HOW* ?!?
If that Tiger is ACTUALLY able to reload a 21 pound Round in less than 3 seconds, then the loader must be *buff*!
Kasserine was the place that Pierson from cod ww2 lost most of his men so in that beginning part you were shooting at Pierson and his friends
actually you would of been playing as pierson shooting at the germans entering the pass, if you rewatch that part you will see german helmets on the men your shooting. kasserine pass was a defensive operation by raw american troops in the desert
I think you should do a fresh restart on your Xbox because mine doesn't take anywhere near as long to load
LOL, I can't believe you dropped the silenced carbine for a unsilenced one. Stealth is key, you can kill with your dagger and find more ammo for it. I know going stealth can make the games progress slow. But if they call in reinforcements, you can quickly get overrun. 🙂 Sometimes the number of reinforcements can be hugh and can even bring armored vehicals
By the way, they will detect you if you run.

Unfortunately he could not play the next mission due to him trying to take out Stuka planes with small arms fire. Because LMGs definitely have enough power to take down multiple planes. And also due to lack of HUD awareness.

battlefield I and V, these are good games, it's fun to play and can teach us a thing or two about history, but beyond that, they also reminds us that war is a horrible and awful thing, it have destroyed and taken too many lives, separated so many families, and we should not take it lightly. We should be grateful for not having to live in those scary times, for we can peacefully have a chat with our friends and loved ones in a cafe without having to worry about enemy bomber aircraft suddenly flying above us, for us not having to go to war fighting for our country and leaving our loved ones at home, unsure whether or not we will make it back home. The freedom that we enjoy and live in now, don't take it for granted. cheers

The one thing I notice and this is being picky in a way, is the lack of foot prints from the characters. CoD WW2 had them, as did BF4.
For the royal marines question: they are whichever branch of British military were paratroopers at the time.
If that’s multiple branches and the Royal Marines are one of em, can’t help ya.
