Thnx for the video brother

Haha thanks for watching!
Good on you for the release! Congrats
Congrats!!
Awesome release!
Dudeeeeeee killin em!! I don’t usually fish there until a little into the season. Crazy you are slaying them over there already! Awesome video 🤙
Your fluke shore game is 🔥 who needs a boat
monster fluke from shore, nice on the release as well, bravo to you sir!! 👏
Absolutely much respect to those who release big breeders. Plenty smaller ones for table
Was waiting for you to post your fist excursion in 2021! Nice fish and well done on the release!
Nice spot and catches. Tight lines!
I'll be giving your method a try shortly! Thank you for the helpful tips.
Ofc! Thanks for watching!
Another great video.
You should put a sign 'Shoremoney was here. No keeper size here for a while '
Lol!
Very nice mate.
Damn dude what a giant
I was there for the opener lost a big one, caught a few. Had a couple of keepers between me and my cousin but it was packed. Great video! Tight lines!!!
Thanks for watching! Tight lines.
Nice, i jealous in N.C. I'm catching some nice Flounder to in Southport NC. Jer-Bear's outdoor adventures
great job bro! Nice video :)
Great Video!!
Great day!
Letsssss gooooo
Nice video u be killin it
That one Fluke was a tank! Few people realize that you can get some really solid fish such as that in shore! Way to put a hurt on those flatties!
Thanks!
it looks so massive next to the net
👏👏👏👏outstanding
My Man Bradley wanting to help with the net! So random seeing him
Very nice guy. Hope the JuJu worked out for him.
Awesome video, good work bro!!
What state?
Very nice halibut aka what you guys call a fluke lol
That $200 landing net putting in work
Never leave home without it.
Awesome catch! You’re a saint for releasing it... he might not be so lucky if he swims close to my hook 😂😂😂😂
I hope she grows into a doormat!
That’s epic! What time of the day was this? I wanna know when it’s best to catch fluke inshore/Inlets best!
This was in the AM but you have equal shot at quality fluke any time of the day (and night)!
@@shore-moneyfishing1939 awesome man! Some massive fluke there too! Had a friend of mine had a limit there with a 28” 25” and a 22” yesterday!
I know that place! Great job!
Real beauty. I have some work to do this season. Thanks for putting the time in on the technique videos. Do you ever use scented z-man instead of gulp?
Zman works well too! Out front you’ll not notice a difference between the two. But in the back gulp will almost always outperform soft plastics.
Thanks. The z-man darterz look intriguing and they last so much longer. but hard to not have confidence in gulp.
Love these videos. Been fishing all those spots for a long time.
Do you mind sharing where you got that net ?
Link is in the video description!
@@CookingandFishing Do you catch more Fluke during outgoing during early season over incoming?
Nice fish, Do you prefer fishing outgoing or incoming tide, which one is more productive in your opinion
Both sides of tide work just fine as long as you fish an area that has access to deeper water.
How do you fish such a light jig when the inlet is ripping? At what point of the cast do the hits usually come? Do you work the jig all the way back or do you reel it in once the current pushes it too far to the side?
Marc or Roger can chime in, but that day we casted uptide and work the jig back all the way back down current until it gets difficult to maintain contact with the jig. A lot of bites happen on the transition from moving uptide to down tide when casting uptide
With light enough braid and floro you can fish in almost any condition with the jerkshad.
Stud flounder!
Hello, the link for the landing neg has expired. Can you share what model Major Craft telescoping net you are using?
you dont fry them ???
Congratulations ! NJ fluke?
No place in CT. to catch fluke from shore, like that. Awesome. What state are you in? Thanks
rocky neck near the jettie.??? this is NJ
Good fisherman! What kind of rod you using?
7' M Power Daiwa Rebellion.
Does your technique work in heavy tide changes?
Yes, especially if you stick with the jerkshad. Anything with a curly tail will get thrown about in heavy current.
Hey man, what size gulp and jig head oz are you using?
Mostly 1/4oz + 6" jerk shad, check the latest videos for links
What if there are weeds?
Casting up current and letting your jig travel with the current will mitigate most suspended sea grass situations.
What rod is that your using?
Daiwa Rebellion 7’ M
Hi, how many times do you reel per your retrieve
Not sure I understand the question
I wish i was in nj, long island's fluke fishery has been unpredictable. all shorts
That might be so but monsters swim in LIS!
You got to be kidding me. Check out John Skinner's channel. They nailed a 14.7lb fluke there last week. His crew does better than anyone in NJ that i know of. That place area especially towards Montauk has the best fluke fishing by a mile.
@@vlcheish key word is "montauk", shore fishing sucks he himself say said the sound fishery collapsed. not even the boats on the south shore are catching keepers. A newborn could put together a catch off montauk lol.
@@CP-rp7yp straight facts
@@CP-rp7yp I don’t know what you are smoking lol. Had days last summer where we had at least 10+ over 19 inches off of sandbars in one tide, and multiple 22+ inchers all from shore. South shore Long Island is the best shore based fluke fishing you can do pretty much anywhere. You probably just are not doing it right lol
Great fish. You are the master. But why the spot burns??? Come on man. Now there will be 100 guys at these spots. You know better!
We don't post the location anywhere and I've deleted a dozen spot burning comments already - we do what we can, no way to film land-based excursions esp from manmade platforms like piers/docks etc. That place was a zoo before we ever started making videos.
That second spot at least is already one of the most popular around I’ve been going there since I was a kid and it’s always been like that since it’s a major waterway it’s packed even on goggle street view haha
@@l4x3rj don’t worry if he’s in NJ I don’t recognize it at all. Looks like somewhere in NY
@@brendanwoerner3352 it’s NJ but I don’t worry either way because it’s always packed at that inlet especial fluke season during summer
What size jig head do you use when the current is ripping?
3/8 oz, max 1/2oz when using the 6” jerkshad.
You think I can do 15lb fluorocarbon for the leader or it has to be 12lb test?
@@ernestovarela3416 15lb is OK, but 12lb is more ideal.
@@shore-moneyfishing1939 why so light? I normally use 30 and do fine
What's the biggest jig head u would use with thise jerkshad? What reel is that?
You can go to 3/4oz no problem but 99% of my fishing is 3/8oz and under. Reel is 2500 Twin Power FD.
do you have the 5 meter net or the 6 meter net?
I believe the 5m, but longer can't hurt :)
What video recoder do you use?
Hero 9
how heavy was the jig you were using? and was it a 6" jerk shad
3/8oz with 6" jerkshad
Hi, again what size hook was on the 3/8 jig, 3/0 4/0 ?
@@havanagc Either is fine. Video on everything I use for the surf here. ruclips.net/video/HV2asCUjlgQ/видео.html
I assume you don't eat fluke? LOL
When people catch doormats like this they let them go normally cause they are the breeders and passion good genetics and to hopefully let someone else have the chance
Location ?
we don't spot burn, sorry
You’re supposed to measure fish laying them down on the ruler not over their body. Nice fish tho
Don't worry when he catches an 8+ he'll break out the bump board lol
And kudos for not posting exactly where you are fishing. To many RUclips guys blowing spots up
Lol yeah spots will never be posted on this channel
You in ny
