Sir this was just an icing on the cake, other institutions like Military Engineering Services and NLC have the stories of their own. You can ask big contractor in Pakistan, he will tell you that they have to pay at least 8 % of the project cost as commission to the army officers of MES. People don't talk about these things. It has become a norm.

You should consider that Imran Khan has to recruit people from within this nation, and he doesn't have many other options. The entire establishment is working to weaken PTI, making it difficult for Khan to manage his party effectively.

I’ve been thinking a lot bout how we often compare Pakistan with China, but I believe it’s an unfair comparison. China’s history is long and complex, shaped by dynasties, wars, and a deep sense of national identity that has evolved over thousands of years. They’re a nation bound by blood and culture, with a government that has managed to turn them into an economic giant through sheer discipline and a relentless crackdown on corruption.
Pakistan, on the other hand, is a young nation, born out of a shared religion rather than a shared ethnicity or culture. Our foundation was Islam, which brought us together, but it didn’t create the same kind of national unity that China has. We don’t have that deep-rooted commonality that binds us as one people beyond our faith.
China has managed to provide its citizens with the basic necessities of life, while we in Karachi-and many other parts of Pakistan-still struggle for even the most basic needs. The common person in China has a quality of life that many in Pakistan can only dream of. It’s a stark difference that highlights how far we have to go.
Instead of comparing ourselves to China, we need to focus on our own path. We need to tackle corruption, improve governance, and prioritize the well-being of our people. We have our own unique challenges, and we need to address them in ways that make sense for our history, culture, and identity. It’s time to stop comparing and start building the Pakistan we want to see.

This is simple because Capitalism where the rich become more richer and the poor become more poor. Capitalism is the tool which they use to reward their own people. You must criticise and expose capitalism and you should present the Islamic economic model and its solution against the capitalist system. Only criticizing personalities will not resolve this issue. As we know systematic problems need systematic solutions.
If only Pakistan actually adopted ‘the China model’ i.e turning a backwards, rural society into one of the world’s most advanced technological powers - and achieving this without ever colonising other people and stealing their resources like the West.
It’s only for rich kids - to who poverty is just an abstract idea - that individual freedoms are more important than the right to food, shelter, security, healthcare and education etc.
We don't need the china model
