My immediate reaction after this episode is the perfect proof of my hypersensitivity. Official end : I made fingers at the screen, screaming like hell. After the hidden scene : I'm thanking the sky, hands in praying mode, and I feel sorry about what I did before. And then, during five minutes, I'm fighting with my emotions : they're all high, they're all trying to get out and be expressed, but no one is winning so I'm crying and laughing at the same time, I'm mad and suddenly really sad.
Mirio losing his quirk… it hurts me to see it. For me, it's something awful, horrific, painful and cruel. It's like destroying the identity of someone, his entire dreams for the future, a part of that person. And the fact that it happens to Mirio, the most positive guy in this world… It kills me. Because I know he's not gonna regret it, as the huge hero he is. And yes, call me Denial Girl. If her blood can delete someone's quirk, she can repair that, no ?

One of the best moments its the epitome of determination and the fact that when all his hard work and talent seems lost with the loss of his quirk Mirio knows who he still is and can still be who he wants to be.
The OST that plays during Mirio's quirkless fight is "Light of Hope" quite fitting.
This episode truly proves why Mirio was the top pick to be All Might's successor before Deku came along.....
BTW, the manga specifies that Mirio fought Overhaul quirkless for _5 minutes straight._ Even further proof of how amazing that kid is.....
So true and I wonder how this moment would have played out if Mirio had one for all at the time he would have been much stronger and faster and who knows what it would have done to his own quirk.
I think Permeation augmented by One For All would be so fast he could sink all the way to Earth’s core before he shot back up

I love this, it's pure emotion!
In my opinion, no matter how crazy things may get, this is still the most impressive showing of anyone in the series. Mirio fought quirkless for 5 minutes and successfully protected Eri. That's insane. Overhaul has a one touch kill quirk, he has ranged attacks, he has exceptional agility and he can read attacks decently well. Mirio is qirkless, he has lost his sense of equillibrum due to the drunk quirk and he fought that despite having to fight completely differently than he normally would! If Overhaul touches him, he's dead. If Overhaul's attack reaches Eri, it's game over. Lemillion is the true hero!
I don't think the drunk quirk was effecting him at the time. The drunk dude was taken out and there was no indication his equilibrium was still off. He didn't mention it past the moments he was fighting that guy and neither did the show.
If you wanna have that be your headcanon sure but I don't at all think he was under that effect still. He's still amazing I just think that's throwing in things that aren't actually happening to wank him harder. He's incredible without any extra wanking honestly.

got here in the manga and cackled when Mirio punched overhaul like what made u think he couldn't kick ur ass when he's been training his entire life to not die while using his quirk XD
