We went to Leroy Merlin last weekend. They had a couple of sales going with 1 unit/outdoor compressor, installed for 450-650 euros, depending on the brand and size of ac unit and outdoor compressor.
The realtor said it is usually a parking lot for locals, but there is construction going on to 3 buildings next to the one I took a video of. I'm guessing someone will be seeing and hearing construction for a year or two. Little too loud for my taste.
