I simply chop it, after removing the roots and stems, and store in a zip lock, without washing. And take out the rqd qty, soak in water , remove dhania, repeat and dry till the dish is being prepared. The dhania remains fresh for a couple of weeks. The stems are used in stock as well as curries.
Sir ye bahut accha idea laga mujhe, lekin aur ek cheez kar sakte hai, 2 kitchen towel lo, ek sukhao aur dusra dal do, aur phir woh towel reuse bhi ho sakta hai
Chef bhupi kya is process se dhania apna flavor lose karta hai over time, since cut karne se wo toh oxidized hone lagega? Meri ek request hai pls aap aise basic tricks and tips videos ya shorts ka playist create kare, it will be easier to find them when needed😊
Yes very true,wash dry on cloth cut & store ..I keep a number of cotton pieces to wrap my greens & keep them in containers in the fridge. My dhaniya methi leaves celery etc can be stored upto 3 weeks.
