1. Arm - A freelance worker who is uncertain about his future
2. Nan - Arm's close friend, someone who plans her life systematically
3. Client - A client who wants Arm to follow their plan
4. Father - Arm's father, who worries about his son's future

Scene 1
(In a café, Arm is sitting alone, sipping coffee. Nan walks in.)
Nan: Arm, what are you daydreaming about? Being a freelancer should be fun, right?
Arm: It's not as easy as it seems. Sometimes there’s no work at all, and other times, I’m just following what the client wants, to the point where I’m not even sure who I’m doing this for.
Nan: Hmm... that doesn’t sound good. What about your life plan? Do you have one yet?
Arm: I haven't figured it out yet, Nan. I’m just going with the flow and hoping things will get better eventually.
Nan: If you don’t plan your life, you’ll end up living according to someone else’s plan. You know that, right?
Arm: What do you mean?
Nan: If you don’t have a clear plan, your clients or other people will end up deciding your path for you!

Scene 2
(Arm returns home and is sitting in the living room talking with his father.)
Father: How’s work, Arm? Freelancing is risky, you know. I’m worried about you.
Arm: It’s going okay, Dad. I’m still unsure about the future, though.
Father: Don’t you think it’s time to plan your life? If you don’t have a plan, you’ll end up working for others without even realizing it.
Arm: (thinking) You sound just like Nan. You want me to follow a plan too, right?
Father: I just don’t want to see you wandering aimlessly, that’s all.

Scene 3
(At the client’s office, Arm is having a meeting with a client.)
Client: Arm, how’s the project I assigned to you coming along?
Arm: I’m following your instructions, but it doesn’t quite fit the direction I want to take.
Client: Arm, you have to follow my plan. If you don’t have a plan of your own, you’ll have to go along with mine. Understand?
Arm: But I want to have my own ideas and approach.
Client: Then you should start by having a clear plan. Maybe then I’ll listen to you more.

Scene 4
(Arm is at home, sitting and thinking alone, looking out the window.)
Arm: (talking to himself) If I don’t have my own life plan, I’ll really end up following someone else’s, won’t I?
(The voices of Nan and his father echo in his mind.)
Nan and Father (voiceover): Yes, if you don’t plan your life, someone else will plan it for you!
Arm: In that case... I guess it’s time I start thinking seriously about my future.
(Arm stands up, looking out with determination.)
