    材料 :
    四面豆 200 克
    江鱼仔 5 克
    蒜头2 粒
    小辣椒 1 条
    调味:

    白糖
    胡椒

    Ingredients (Diana Aw)
    1. Winged bean 200g cut thicker slices
    2. Ikan bilis 5g wash and drain
    3. Garlic 2 cloves minced
    4. Chilli padi 1pc diced
    Seasoning
    1. Salt 1/3tsp
    2. Sugar 1/3tsp
    3. Pepper little
    4. Shao Xing wine little
    Method
    1. Blanch the winged beans for 10sec with boiling water, little salt and sugar and oil. Drain and set aside
    2. Fry the ikan bilis till golden brown under low heat with little oil
    3. Stir fry the chilli padi, followed by garlic. Then add the winged beans and seasoning. Turn to high heat and stir fry for 30sec. Lastly add in ikan bilis and mix well. Then drizzle shao xing wine at the wok side
    4. Serve and enjoy! 💕
