Your pushblock NEED a heel. What is your dust collection equiupment? Very quiet. Amazing.

I have a few with a heel, a few without. I go back and forth. The DC is outside in a shed, on the side of the house, so that's why it seems very quiet. I got back so much space, and love how quiet it is.

Do the holes line up to attach the router table to the Left side?

      Yes, it was easy.

@@CAAlvarez602 Is this the 36 saw? If so what is your overall footprint now? Width and depth.

@@patrickharris82 Yes, it's the smaller version. Once you add up all the pieces, it's still bigger than my 52" Unisaw that didn't have the router table. This is 40x88 in the TOTAL space used. The top is smaller, this measurement includes all of the things that hang off of it, like the fence overhang and dust collection tube.

I have the very same router top and JessEm\incra router lift. I'm not sure how you secured the router lift/plate to the Harvey router table. Their table has 4 holes, but the Incra lift only has 1 hole and it doesn't align up with any of the 4 holes.
    Any pointers?
    Thanks

Hi, I'm not sure what you mean, maybe it's terminology. There's nothing to hold down the lift plate, just gravity. There's a concentric locking thing on the far left corner as you face it normally. I removed all of the Harvey adjusters, and used only the Incra adjusters that you can reach from the top. I can add photos or details if you describe where that doesn't fit what you're expecting.

      @@CAAlvarez602 thank you
Apparently, we are supposed to secure the lift to the table with screws (4 corners), according to the Harvey router table manual. The only issue is, the 1 screw hole that's in the Incra (JessEm) doesn't line up with the Harvey table, so no way to secure it to the router table. Like you said, one has to rely on gravity with the extra weight of the router motor, but I'm not sure I find that safe.
I reached out to Incra, to see if it's safe to use without screwing the router plate/lift to the table, but if Incra doesn't advise, I'll probably have to seel the Incra lift at a loss, then buy the JessEm, since they have the 4 screw holes that line up with the Harvey table. The main reason I bought the Incra was so I can use the clean sweep rings.
      Oh well.
      Thank you!

@@warped_woodwerks There's nothing unsafe or unusual about this, and I have never used, nor seen, a router plate that bolts down to the table. The concentric nut on the one corer will make it impossible to remove the plate, and it won't move or vibrate at all. I just tried it.
This replaced a Rockler table that also didn't have any way to bolt it down.

@@CAAlvarez602 Concentric nut? Maybe I missed that in the installation manual. I'll have to look. Hopefully that fixes my issue. Anyways you can post a picture?
      Thank you!

I found the screw in the shipping box, it was buried in bubble wrap. I almost threw it out, since I thought it was just for packaging. OMG. That fixed my issue. Thank you!!
