Right on bro. Ya brought anotha one back to life!! How in the hell did that carb get so rusty thou and that Gastank?? Man that was horrible how much rust kept going in the filter. And u pulled out ur tricks like the one handed touch ground wheelie, the two wheel to wheelie, the donut to wheelie and Damm near off the bike to donut to wheelie. Ur a badass man!! And got the kittie in the shot killing animals lolol...great vid content as always bro. 👌

I loved my quad runner 250 2x4 I could ride wheelie in any gear until I ran out of runway or gas. From 3 mph to top speed no problem. Also it had tow hitch that was angled perfectly for wheelie bar so it was easy for anyone to learn.
I have this exact same quad 3 hours on it in total BONE STOCK not a single thing done besides new rear tires. And it's like it doesn't get fuel. It runs real poorly and sputters. Great vid man
Clean the carb and see if the vacuum diagram is bad on the petcock

Great video man I'm amazed at how the seat turned out But I have a question I have a pit bike motor and I added it for about a race head on it But the compression is messing wis messing with the starter it won't allow me to use the starter I can kick in Start it but it won't allow me to use the electric start how can I fix this problem
My first quad was an 86 LT230s parts bike. It was a few weeks ago and I was 45 yo. The top end is bad and it had the same pitch like tar in the tank. I am looking forward to fixing it though. It has controls like a MC and it wants to pull the front end up at idle almost. It smokes like a bad diesel right now. But it runs.

Learned a lot through this video, I have an 05 LTZ 250. Didn’t warm it up very long this morning and it seemed boggy, it was sat for a while before I purchased it. I changed oil filter ran some new oil in there, changed the air filter. Gonna look at the carb tomorrow I’m not sure if it was boggy because I didn’t warm it up or the carb needs seen too, was never boggy before only in high revs when changing from gear to gear it’s like it hits its peak then stutters until I change again which didn’t sound like was happening with yours in this video. My gut is telling me it is the carb, runs alright other than that seems to work fine when warmed up properly other than the spluttering, it was annoying me like hell when trying to hit top speed as I have to change gear earlier than I probably should but hopefully I can clear this carb out and it runs sweeter !

A common problem with the ltz250 is the rear ends ive seen more than a few of them go out in the ltz250s.

runs so much better than mine, I'll definitely have to do a carb clean on mine and hopefully it has that much power
Good stuff! After some work mine seems to run on choke but dies otherwise. Gonna try some cleaner before I venture to try a rebuild- rookie here!

Run non ethanol gas ⛽ and in about three cups of stabilizer after carb rebuild you'll never have to worry again

My z250 also has stripped screws on the carb.
Is there a mixture screw or anything on the stock carb? I didn't see one when you showed it.

I have a question I have a Suzuki ltz250 and when I put it in gear the can shaft rod stops spinning and makes a grinding/clicking noise.
I have an ltz 250 04 it starts but boggles down cleaned out carburetor , still tuern over drives but runs dies out so i bought a new one same thing , replaced air filter same issue should i look into cleaning out the fuel tank possible petcock ?
Please answer i need help, i have a 250ltz 2004 and in the middle of riding it stopped driving mid gear and started making a really loud scratchy metal noise and will not drive .

My ltz250 dose 70 all I have done in air box log removed slip on exhaust with out a baffle the. Bigger jets
I just bought a 06 ltz 250, it has a pro circuit t4 slip on pipe.
When you let off the gas it pops and crackles and backfires and stuff.
Any idea what it could be?
Maybe it needs to be re packed?

Excuse me sir. I have a question for you and I hope you can help me with my son’s LTZ-250. What spark plug do you recommend running with premium gas? I’m finding out since my last tune up, I cannot figure out what plug was in it and running good. I’ve tried the NGK DR8AE and 7AE and I’m not convinced either of them was the one it it when it was running it’s best. Any help would be appreciated. Also, what air filter you recommend? Thank you!
Dr8ea is the factory plug. Make sure gap is proper
