Hi Angela it's 2 cups selfraising flour and you could substitute the 2 cups cake flour for plain All-purpose flour and u should let it rest for 30 minutes 😊All the measurements u can find in the description box below the video,thanks so much for watching ❤

Dough was in the fridge or freezer? I know you said fridge but pie doughs are kept in the freeazer before it is made, so checking. Also, 15 minutes or 50 minutes in the fridge? Adding how to, to the description box will help to avoid such confusion. Thanks for sharing.
Hi I placed my dough in the fridge for 30 minutes because it's a biscuit dough and doesn't require freezer and it's only going to bake for 15-18 minutes because the filling doesn't require long cooking,if I were to make milktart or custard cups that require long baking period I would place dough in freezer but u can place dough in freezer if u prefer I'm just showing what I did.

Update, I did make these and followed your advice on the eggs whites and they were gorgeous, I am making more today, lots in fact, to take to my local pub as they loved them so much last time x
Hi I used salted butter but I have used unsalted butter as well as margarine previously and still taste delicious but I do prefer to use real butter when making anything biscuit😊
Can you please tell me the recipe in grams please we don't do cups here I want to make sure I do it right with the right amount of ingredients thank you take care keep safe
Hi 1 cup sugar is 200g,selfraising flour 1 cup is 140g,Cake flour 1 cup 120g but that is South Africa measuring cups u can use that but like I said in video do not add your flour all at once because u can always add more but can't take away,so u will double that 1 cup measurements because it's 2 cups selfraising flour and 2 cups Cake flour

Cutters doesn't really have size so u will have to do it by eye,this is a standard muffin pan
