Some people you just can't make happy no matter what you do. The Steelers biggest need going into the draft? Easily OT , C and WR. Checked off with 1st, 2nd and 3rd round picks with potential day 1 starters. The 4th pick P. Wilson was a steal and depth. Before you dis Wilson remember he was the Butkus award winner, naming him the best at his position. Consider how many injuries the Steelers had at LB last season. They also got potential depth at O-line which was surprising but given how terrible the Oline has been for a decade now... this makes total sense. The Steelers went into draft with too many needs. And maybe you're forgetting they also have to compete with 31 other teams for players. IMO the Steelers did as good as ANY team out there considering the huge hole they had started from. They did their homework and followed sound strategy and had some luck to build team. That on the heels of an outstanding FA period. GO STEELERS!! Stop the with whining already... This was an A+ draft... PERIOD!

You can't say they won by a landslide when no games have been played yet. The Bears could possibly have won the draft. I love the steelers and hate the bears but it's true.

Yeah a landslide is nuts. No real splashes and potential big miss picks by not Selecting AD, Mitchell or Cooper.
I definitely have no reason to hate the bears however baltimore, cincinnati cleveland, new england, raiders and dallas yes indeed
I disagree. Steelers are still missing a true CB2 and WR2.
I'm not worried about CB though; you're never gonna have a perfect defense, and the Steelers are still gonna have the highest paid defense in the league. If they can't figure it out with that defensive payroll something is wrong. You can scrape together a defense on the fly and win in this league. Just look at the 2023 Chiefs; came out of nowhere and had one of the best defenses in the league kind of randomly. It's an offensive league; gotta get that taken care of. I think the jury is still out on Calvin Austin and Roman Wilson; I cannot close the book on either of them becoming a true WR2, too early to tell. But all of this is for nothing if they don't get above average to elite QB play. If QB play is still poor, they will either miss the playoffs or be one and done yet again

@@AbleAnderson I have faith that QB play won't be poor since we got Russ (who is better than Kenny Mitch & Mason) then we fields who could be a solid QB1 or 2 depending on how Russ plays when the season starts Also We have Arthur Smith As Our OC Now
Move minkah around and you won't even notice the difference. Thats what everyone is forgetting. We don't NEED a CB 2 with deonte jackson he is alright give him a chance worst case trice rush watts or some UDFA steps up. With minkah roaming again it bails out anyone else. Joey has his island so minkah roams to help jackson and elliot defends over the middle and youre good. This secondary is better than last year with minkah being himself again
They need to bring in an experienced vet to hold down other cb position or at least provide decent depth.
