Unlike all the other shitters who break AI rather than utilize actual football mechanics. It’s piss poor that even the pro players break AI rather than use realistic football schemes to get receivers open.

LOOK GUYS,it's as simple as this,if you can not READ A DEFENSE B4 AND AFTER THE SNAP,YOU CAN NOT PASS,but if you can,its as simple as having a 1,2,3 read,no matter what pass play you use,if you can read the defense,then you can call hot routes to use to open up the field for other receivers,NO MATTERS WHST ANY BODY SAYS,ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS HAVE A DRAG ROUTE SOMEWHERE FOR A DUMP OFF,OR DECOY

Love UTRIPS been running it for years even tried other formations but I keep on going back to it it's to good
I was blown away by how many unique routes in had! Definitely considering sticking with it going forward
@@SpruceGooseTV there's really no defense for it if you know what your opponents defense is there is a play to beat it someone that is effective in UTRIPS is frustrating to play against

@@envy4pf983 u-trips is another name for the formation. It’s called Y-off trips Pats. But because the trips side is in the shape of a U (tight end is off the line of scrimmage) it’s known as U-trips. It should be the somewhere around the 7th gun formation in the Pats offensive playbook

This is unstoppable. I have played people doing this, there is no way to stop it. They have to make a mistake. Aside from that, there is absolutely no stop for this. Man can not stop it. Zone can not stop it. The pressure gets beat. Max coverage has too much time allowed. Contains already don't work. This shit is an unprecedented level of unstoppable.
U Trips is without a doubt my least favorite formation to go against lol

Of course man! MUT can be tough and I hate that early in the year there's definitely a "pay-to-win" feel to it, but people can have excellent teams spending little to no money if they keep up with it

Man, I know these adjustments are attacking defenses in a realistic way but there's just something about Madden to me that i don't like where, for plays to be ideal to attack specific defenses, you need to completely change 3-4 out of 5 routes on the field for most plays.

Hey man! For this scheme I put my best WR with slot apprentice in the slot on the side of the TE. That way I could put him on a corner route or a crosser (corner route for one of the Y Option Wheel setups, crosser for one of the Curl Flats setups)

At what spot would you put your best receiver at? The slot?
Depends on which route you like throwing to! But for these route combos I do think the slot would be best

You're a true demon lol. I think on current gen playmaker is excellent for countering the man coverage meta, but on next gen I don't think it's worth it
I had a lot of respect for you running these schemes in detail but after playing you online, it's crazy how you weren't really adjusting defensively and offense just running rpos the whole game. And you caught a pick but I couldn't catch mine. I was expecting a passing game fighting it out but instead rpos most of the game with edge blitz
I run a lot of different schemes, and I don't run meta. I don't see what the problem is?

@@devw4967 I'm not sure what to say other than I like running different schemes. I was live on Twitch with 130 people watching and we were having a blast trying out the different weird plays in the Spread playbook that I hadn't touched in a year. As for the onside kick, it was strategic to give you a short field and make your Cover 3 bomb tougher. I didn't expect to recover it, but got lucky it worked out for me anyway.

How can I tell what formation they are in though?
You can never know EXACTLY what coverage, but I have a video on pre-snap reads which can help you make an educated guess!

Yo, another question, should I set my audibles to my one play touchdowns so if I read cover 2 I can bomb them? Or keep my base plays like in U-trips you recommended setting audibles to curl-flats, 5 6 traps, Y option wheel and TE whip

The cover 4 palms TD out of TE Whip doesn't work for me at all on current gen. The slot cb stays matched to the slot receiver the entire time. Any suggestions or is that a setup that might be next gen only?

Why is it called U trips? Where did that come from?

2) In custom playbooks I believe it's still called U Trips
3) Gun Y Off Trips Pats is just too long of a name lol
its called u trips because the tight end and inside slot are off the line, while the outside receiver is on the line of scrimmage. this creates a "u" looking shape.

You can't use a custom playbook in ultimate team, so you'll have to use the Patriots playbook for this scheme
