So if you park and launch from banbury do you need another vehicle downstream from blue heart or can you paddle back to banbury
You can paddle back, but you’ll be paddling upstream. Current wasn’t flowing too strong in spring. And from our understanding, the current does get lighter in summer, so it’d probably be easier.
Is kayaking going to blue heart spring for beginners with kids is safe?
The river is pretty mellow, so I think it’s probably kid friendly!
What you're is not even a kayak. It's a yak-off. Box canyon is the only real kayaking in that specific area. There's a short window in the spring when it's actually high enough to be run.
For sure, it’s about the cheapest kayak you can buy. But nonetheless it’s taken us on some great adventures.
Can it be rolled? No. It's not a kayak.
Is it safe in anything about above class 1? Definitely not.
So quit calling it a kayak. It's not.
