Tony Clausen Thank you for your kind words my friend. Don’t worry about the thumbs down, we can’t please everyone but as long as I keep getting thumbs up 👍 I will keep making videos and sharing my progress 😮👍😁
Ha! At first I was looking at the plastic one thinking, gosh, that's pretty flimsy. But of course I kept watching and saw the real magic happen. Very nice! Liking the custom belt grinding attachments too. Subscribed! 👍
I love these bite size video's Dan. Perfect for Loo break watching. It showed everything someone would need to follow suit. Not sure if these shorter vids are less work but I am really enjoying the increase in content frequency. I always enjoy hearing your thought processes but maybe balancing 3 shorter with one longer or something. Great work.
I can't be more OK with that. I love your work, but sometimes... I'm sorry to tell that, but you speak too much for me. Sometimes in 6min of videos you work only 2minutes... This is too much. Great work again.
Thank you mate, Just trying new things all the time but ultimately I want the bike to look as throw it came out of the factory like that when I'm done with it
uni nani I do the best with the time I have my good friend. I get this kind of comment a lot and my amazing Patreon’s are helping more than you know so hopefully soon you will have mooooooooorrrrrrreeeee 😮👍🤩
I love how creative you are with these things. Been watching this build all day :D Just can't stop, would love to do one of my own one day. Keep the good stuff coming!
That cable looks like it was designed to allow you to fit exactly on that part of the frame. Very nice shape to the handle and you make it look soo easy great use of the rivnut tooling i expect we are going to see that used a lot more. Great video as always Dan ..
At this stage of the rebuild what tool would you say that you have bought as you have progressed that you would really have liked to have had earlier , probably from the start
Nice Job! A side note, with the small wheel attachment on the belt grinder, the belt goes under the 50mm wheel instead of floating over it. This allows you to get more radius out of the small wheel to work with ;)
One of my favourite videos, have watched it a million times, made me start following you as never seen it before. Inspired me to do the same on my build so copied without shame ;P although I welded a bolt rather than the Rev Nut, works a treat.
You know the saying "Don`t give up your day job" I say give up your day job ...follow Classic Octanes lead. You have the idea, skills and tools ...just sayin rsm8
This is probably one of the best if not the best comment I've had to date Joe. WOW thank you mate, I'm trying my best to get to that point, my amazing patreon's have definitely getting me closer to being able to spend more time on the videos to get more out each week :)
Another well designed custom piece for your bike Dan. Have you not thought about getting a 3D printer to make some of the small fiddly bits via CAD design and 3D print them off. I make it sound so easy, I couldn't do it, but it seems all the rage at the moment. All the best Danny
Well, there alot of videos on building the mold. But i cant find a video on running the infusion in the mold. Trying to learn how to seel the mold, and minimize the seem appearance on the part.

That inserted thread is genius. i need this tool. Very nice work!
That is a super slick seat latch
Thank you mate, Its nice to try new things and even better if they go to plan. Doesn't always happen that way tho LOL
This is excellent 👍👌. Also what is just as excellent is the tidiness and organisation of your tools.
I really have to say. I am so impressed by how you come up with these things!!! Very cool!!!! Great job!
he's a true handy man
That is so cool, well done design....
You certainly prove you have the skills. Not sure why idiots do thumbs down, maybe they are jealous.
Tony Clausen Thank you for your kind words my friend. Don’t worry about the thumbs down, we can’t please everyone but as long as I keep getting thumbs up 👍 I will keep making videos and sharing my progress 😮👍😁
That lever was so well done. Nice series!
Everytime I see a new video, I learn about new tools and techniques. Thanks Dan for such great videos!
Ashish Saxena that is fantastic 💪 glad to help

This could have been done so much simpler, but it wouldn't have been this awesome. Great craftsmanship!
You are 100% right :)
Nice work Dan! That seat latch mechanism is seriously impressive.
Bloody awesome man.
This is i need! Awesome man. Cant wait to have a go myself ✌️
Can't wait to see the video, I'm sure it will be epic :)
So clean and clever
Really clean, man!
I am seriously impressed by your ideas and workmanship. Well done.
Thank you mate, Just trying new things all the time but ultimately I want the bike to look as throw it came out of the factory like that when I'm done with it
Wow what great fabricating skill but there is one problem..........................we want moooooorrrrrreeeeee!!!!🤩

Damn.. That's nice placement.. 👍👍👍
Thank you mate
MOAR!!!!!!!!!! Nice trick piece though.
That looks neat! Awesome work sir!
An old chokelever would be to easy! Well done clever you!
Yes that would also work but It would make the video way to short LOL
Nice work again man!
I love this! Its exactly what i needed for my current build!
Lazy Brook Farm that is awesome 😎 glad to help
Sweet fabrication!!
I love how creative you are with these things.
Been watching this build all day :D
Just can't stop, would love to do one of my own one day.
Keep the good stuff coming!
Thank you mate :) I encourage you to have a go it’s so fun
Great idea there Dan.

Great video as always Dan ..
Thank you mate, At this stage of the build yes I will be using the rivet nut gun more :)
At this stage of the rebuild what tool would you say that you have bought as you have progressed that you would really have liked to have had earlier , probably from the start
genius
Super nice. My mate scoffed when he saw me remove the seat screws on my 2018 (exclamation) Honda CRF😆. Honda should hire you.
Great job dan! I love the whole system, i can imagine how smooth it triggers the latch!
Thank you mate :)
Tell me about that belt grinder and accessories - that looks pretty cool.
Brilliant.
Nice Job! A side note, with the small wheel attachment on the belt grinder, the belt goes under the 50mm wheel instead of floating over it. This allows you to get more radius out of the small wheel to work with ;)
Great tip Thank you mate :)
U could fashion up some sick little race style clutch n brake levers like the seat release
I sure could and that is a really good idea by the way :)
Told ya I’m an ideas man lol
You make it look so easy, tucked away nicely 👍 CHEERS m8 👌
BOBBER400 thank you dude, always good to see a comment from you my friend. The music makes it look easy lol 😂
One of my favourite videos, have watched it a million times, made me start following you as never seen it before.

Haha, so cool! Nice job 😄👍
Hell yea, such a great video 👌
Thanks mate :) you going to make one yourself?
@@CafeRacerGarage well, my bike has a factory button release mechanism that I was planning on using. It also has a key lock embedded into it.

danny weir I just enjoy fabrication but I do have a good friend with a 3D printer so I just need to find an easy program to learn
Ingenious, Mate! Nice and neat. Next time less talking though, please!!! 🙄
Greetings from here in rainy HK... 🏍👍🏍
Bahahaha Yep sometimes I talk and sometimes I don't LOL
Cafe Racer Garage 😎
I didn’t see where you got the latch system and receiver from?
Hey. Where did you find the latch?
neat job. where ya get that mini bender from?
Robert McGregor thank you mate, I have a link to the sheet metal brake bender in the description of this video for you.
For the life of me I cannot find the latch and pin similar to the one you used. Can you point me in the right direction?
That was awesome, how long have you worked in engineering?
Thank you mate, I just learn as I go, I'm an expert at making mistakes and learning how to make new ones :)
do you have any videos on infusing a multi piece mold?
Like this? ruclips.net/video/wDr9YuBAgVM/видео.html
