The lyrics of this song during a time in life that was so much simpler an some innocence still remained and I realize that some people may not understand the point of view that I am trying to make. Ah well shows how much I listen to them....if I wanted to hear cover bands I can go to the local coffee shop!
Covers from bands like this is them taking a song they love and making it their own. Just enjoy it, it’s their version of it. Some examples are RHCP’s version of Stevie Wonder’s “High Ground” and Nirvana’s version of David Bowie’s “The Man Who Sold The World”
I just disagree with cover bands...its part of being a band, being creative and original....taking something that's already great and trying to change it or "make it there own" defeats the purpose of creativity...just my opinion, didnt say I dont like this band, I prefer there heavier stuff. "Emotionless and the other side" were great! "Originality!
Good to bring back these good tunes.
