Black, No Sugar - Spinning Cat Song - Caligari

"Black, No Sugar - Spinning Cat Song - Caligari" is an instrumental piece that is used here as the soundtrack to a segment from Robert Wiene's 1920 expressionist film The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari (_Das Kabinett des Dr. Caligari_), a motion picture that is in the public domain. The jazz-rock fusion song, "Black, No Sugar," is performed by Spinning Cat for Dapper Kitty Music and was released in 2017 on the album Random Acts: Poems and Musical Interludes (featuring Spinning Cat). This video was made in 2022, over 100 years after the original film release and is (obviously) not the original score to the film. This was a fun experiment for us. Enjoy!
