You should try promoting this channel way more to teachers and parents a like. These videos are great in depth introductions for people to learn. I'm 18 and if I watched these kids when in elementary, I'd actually been genuinely interested in learning.
Love the Chester cameo to subscribe 😍 Red foxes are so adaptable (and adorable)! I was thinking of doing a Vulpix/Red Fox comparison video... could I refer and tag this video of yours in it? 🥰
Ooooh! I would love to see that!! I love how you do videos about how pokemon relate to real life animals. 😊😊 By all means, please feel free to tag this video; it's an honor! 😄
I only just discovered this channel and I have already subscribee. I have a hard time focusing on informative videos as they branch out on many topics and I eventually zone out. But you get straight to the point, give out genuinely interesting facts, and in general give this channel a nice atmosphere. Your channel is really underrated, keep up the great work!
If you ever decide to cover the South American foxes in a more specific video, maybe it would be better to just call them all "zorros", and point out that they are actually more closely related to wolves and jackals, hence why they are not considered "true foxes". Heck, the genus name "lycalopex" even means fox-wolf, and Zoologist J. E. Gray (1868) called them "fox-tailed wolves". The gray foxes on the other hand are of a lineage that predates true foxes, zorros and wolves.
So foxes a like cat on canid so this animal color a red and white fox. The foxes flying foxes Fennec foxes so very cool this a look this a common fox in forest europe and north america ❤😊👍
In fact true foxes and bat-eared foxes are more closely related to the raccoon dogs, african wild dog, dhole, oceanian dogs, and old world wolves and jackals than to foxes native to South America, this is because dogs are divided into three extant tribes: Subfamily: Caninae (Modern Dogs) • Tribe: Urocyonini (Primitive Canines) • Tribe: Cerdocyonini (New World Canines) •• Subtribe: Chrysocyonina (New World Wolves, Jackals, and Wild Dogs) ••• Genus: Atelocynus (Short-Eared Jackal) ••• Genus: Speothos (Bushdog) ••• Genus: Chrysocyon (Maned Wolf) •• Subtribe: Cerdocyonina (New World Foxes) ••• Genus: Lycalopex (Zorros) ••• Genus: Cerdocyon (Crab-Eating Fox) • Tribe: Canini (Old World Canines) •• Subtribe: Vulpina (Raccoon Dogs and Old World Foxes) ••• Genus: Otocyon (Bat-Eared Fox) ••• Genus: Nyctereutes (Raccoon Dogs) ••• Genus: Alopex (Arctic Fox) ••• Genus: Vulpes (Common Foxes) •• Subtribe: Canina (Old World Wolves, Jackals, and Wild Dogs) ••• Genus: Lupulella (African Jackals) ••• Genus: Lycaon (African Wild Dog) ••• Genus: Cuon (Dhole) ••• Genus: Canis (Northern Jackals, Oceanian Dogs, and Old World Wolves)

This was such a heartwarming comment!
@@AnimalFactFiles you guys are so underrated!
I like how that one red fox licking his paws looks up like he realizes he's getting filmed and needs to look foxy.
Foxes are beautiful animals, all of them. I did not know there were some that were insectivorous; that surprised me.
Thanks for the video.
