This male lead is soooo handsome and they picked the right FL to be his wife. Beautiful couple that went through all kinds of storms but stayed strong and true to each other. The elderly actors/actresses are amazing. They never fail with their performances. Great drama worth watching and great actors to boot. Thanks for sharing.
I love that the drama has an extended ending and not the usual three second poof ending. Also, after watching many iterations of this plot, this version had a piece of dialogue that suddenly turned on a lightbulb in my mind why the FL of this story is given so many freaking talents. I used to laugh at how SUPERWOMAN they made her--from Superdoctor to superDesigner to SuperArtist. From that piece of dialogue, I now understand, the writer was trying to depict the heroine as a Cai Nue, the ancient Woman of Talent. In ancient times, a Cai Nue was the most talented woman of a particular district. A Cai Nue was very rare because women were rarely highly educated. A Cai Nue was an educated woman who could do four talents--calligraphy, art, music (esp. the qin) and riding (in the modern version, she could fight the bad guys). She was also knowledgeable in business and sometimes, the rare knowledge of local medicine (usually for poison, but in the modern stories, they often depict the SuperDoctor of Acupuncture). In the other iterations, this piece of dialogue was missing, so I was often left wondering why the story was just episodes of episodes of her super powers. Now i get it :). The FL is a Cai Nue. That's why the ML explained to his grandmother that they didn't just marry a treasure; they married a treasure trove.
Yes yes! I caught on when he said that too! These dramas are so addicting but I do love it when they add in very cheeky lines that perfectly wraps up the plot beautifully

Need more c-dramas like this. They made a great team and though he seemed a little shocked with all her accomplishments (which truly were more than a little far fetched) he didn't get jealous and petty, he just supported and admired her. Good chemistry with the leads too.
Wow this is a great drama. Although its a remake of the storyline its a fresh take and it was really well done. I loved all the characters, the quiet but amazing FL, her supporting husband loving grandma in law, wicked step sister and step mother and evil father. The story slowly uncovers all the many talents and capabilities of the FL who was driven away with her mother to the countryside. Her return to the city is to save the favored mistress daughter from marriage to " an ugly old man" who in actuality is young rich and handsome. Though the jealous step sister and step mother try over and over to embarrass and discredit her, she always has a trump card to play! This is fairly fast pace, pretty good subtitles and a good ending! Worth the watch.
Great drama with a FL that gets her revenge because she is strong and will not allow anyone to bully her. She also has a ML that supports her all the way.

I think we are all in agreement that this was a refreshing change from the toxic tickets we were viewing for a long time... now the writers/screenwriters are listening to their "fan-base". We are slowing moving upward and away from having to be "frown-base"... yep we were frowning alot at the unnecessary abuse especially toward FL. Hats off to the cast in this C-drama... the FL & ML were given more screen time and villians less, but favorite was FL was strong, multi-talented and instantly had the support of ML, and they both swiftly took care of the villians. My2cents...
I couldn't AGREE More if I TRIED 😊... I'm avoiding sadistic drama !! Masculinity is not TOXIC but over half of these SD'S (Sadistic drama) ARE more akin to EVIL than entertainment !! Loved this one, although I shouldn't have cried when she disowned her own father, i could feel the sincerity from her father, when he disowned his mistress and daughter for his biological daughter, he meant every apology after the Doctor's Banquet - The mistress and her daughter deserved harsh punishment!
I love this ML! He plays his character so well...Every facial expressions and body gestures make him so adorable and sometime sooo funny. I hope these leads will make more dramas together. This is a drama you can watch over and over again 🧡🧡🧡

I also love how the ML never blink a single eye to another girl so there is no opportunity for mistresses to disturb the peace between the lead couple. Both are good looking and their chemistry is fantastic. Love the ML, his looks and charisma draw you in. I love how FL transforms into a strong beautiful confident women taking charge. FL’s revenge was swift and calculating and all that made her suffer got there just dues. ML helps her along the way. ML never gave up on the one person he truly loved and she loved him just as much. I have had a good laugh along the way, Love grandma, she's great. I love every time grandma tells all her friends that her daughter in law is a master of all trades, Professor of traditional Chinese Medicine, Calligraphy, Chess, plays the Piano, Design master Vivian, and Master Luo Wanzhan skills in traditional Chinese painting.Grandma is like a little girl telling huge secrets when bragging about her daughter in law. The ML asks FL how many more secrets is she hiding from him and she says you will have to wait and see. He is very proud of her and is so glad he met her as she has changed his life for the better. It is such a refreshing change to watch a drama that doesn't have wife beating and other violent atrocities. I could watch this drama over and over. 10/10

Actually I appreciated the fact that she didn’t cure him in the hospital. There is a limit to what traditional eastern medicine (traditional medicine at all really) can handle and traumatic injuries are one of those limits. It always bugs me when a character has a traumatic injury or cancer or something equally serious and “we’ll just stick them with a needle or have them swallow one tablet or drink one bowl of something suitably colored and they’ll be miraculously cured!” Nope! That’s not how traditional medicine works! So the fact that the writers chose to show her handing his care over to modern medicine that can handle traumatic injuries much better? I throughly appreciate.

I think the 2FL has already been typecasted as the character of ‘fake heiress evil sister’ who took over the place of the real heiress to be doted on by the FLs biological family member. Every time I see her in any dramas, that’s all her roles are 😂

Adorei esse drama. Um casal lindo demais e uma mulher inteligente. Os problemas não ficaram para ser resolvidos no último minuto. Um final estendido e muito lindo e feliz. Gostei muito.

Согласна с мнением, что редкость, но действительно в мире есть такие женщины, супер таланты, за что не возьмутся все у них получается, как у нас говорят "все в ее руках просто горит"...Очень понравились актеры...как исполнившие положительные так и исполнившие отрицательные роли. Все отыграли просто супер...Считаю что злодеев играть намного сложнее чем положительных героев. Экранная пара сыграна вместе, хорошая положительная химия с долей юмора...что придает фильму определенный шарм... Спасибо за доставленное удовольствие.

Al ver este drama me lleve una grata sorpresa .Los actores protagonistas son nuevos para mi pero me gustó mucho su trabajo son talentosos además de guapos. Me gusto la protagonista es resuelta lista y muy talentosa no flaquea delante de los intrigantes ,el apoyo del protagonista masculino también hay que tenerlo en cuenta tienen una química espectacular.
