Just wondering how foreign banks like Singapore and Thailand deal with American Trusts? Are Wyoming dynasty trusts recognized by banks in Singapore and Thailand?
@@lucie442 Sure I went with Bank of Georgia and began an application through their website. They have some requirements that must be met e.g. employment as a contractor and proof of income as a contractor. If they are satisfied then they will either approve the application online or require me to go to one of their banks for further verification.

Over the years of watching Nomad Capitalist, we realize that you and your business do NOT have to be (incorporated) in the same country. And you do not have to bank in the same countries either. For example, Andrew lives in Malaysia and bank in Singapore. Also, having a second passport is useful because it's important to have a valid passport to do (real estate) deals. If government passport processing time takes too long, having a non-expired passport is useful to do those deals
been looking for something like this. philippine banking too strict due to money laundering creating restrictions to international transactions. cant even play poker online which was one of my sources of income
@@fliflaflu2659 i am a double citizen and applied as filipino citizen where my income is more internationally based as an influencer-you basically need a recognized job already in the market locally. bitcoin is also very tightly regulated for locals. playing poker as well, a lot of the payment options are closed off. im sure if you apply as a foreigner some of these restrictions are lifted, but the lack of news explaining this situation makes it very confusing how to go about this. also a lot of these bans just happened with no explanation
I'd like to hear opinions on USD accounts in Cambodia... It is a USD country and has very... flexible.... laws with most things. If the banks there are safe, it could be a great option to keep money off the western radar..
For some reason RUclips deleted my original comment. I managed to open an HSBC HK account just fine with no minimum deposit, not sure why people have trouble with that. It supports up to 12 currencies too.
Yeah, you are probably getting ripped off on exchange rate. At least all the banks in Australia are terrible for fees or exchange rates. I ended up going Wise and they are way better than the banks for rates and fees and I can use almost any currency. The only issue with Wise is if you need to take money out of an ATM where it can get expensive (due to bank fees) but given the world mostly does card transaction and transfers it was rarely an issue for me.
Andrew is exactly the type of man who would just travel and open a bank account!
Best day today, 2 videos from Andrew on both channels 😄Thanks R&D team
Hope you enjoyed it!

What are these restrictions? Can you not send funds out of the country or something? Live in PH and I've never had an issue

Cambodia though… Lots of trouble there and their government is highly authoritarian
I thought Ultimo to be an interesting option. Especially for crypto bros.
to nomad capitalist team kindly make a video of all the banks worldwide that gives a high bank interest rates for depositors from 10% or higher.
10% do not meet the theory of economic
Türkiye is at 30%
@@Hellodumbbitchs which bank in turkey that gives a 30% interest on bank deposits? how many years is the holding period?

Idem Morocco?
You barely cover South America. Uruguay in particular which is considered the little Switzerland of Latam. Not interesting from your perspective?
Stay tuned, it's coming.
