Interesting fact: people only worked an average of four hours per day! There were frequently breaks to eat and drink, socialize, rest and party throughout the day.

I don't buy this I've looked at the research and that's only the work the men did for their Lord they only count the work in the field so there aren't any hours counted between harvests and planting they should have at least three more hours per day for the men, every day including weekends and holidays) and 3-12 more for the women For things like cutting and hauling firewood, feeding animals, hauling water up from wells, washing clothes and dishes by hand, and the thousand and one other little jobs it takes to feed and clothe themselves in a world without electricity and supermarkets.
