    One thing that OP should do with his daughter is get rid of the vegetable garden and replant roses. That way his daughter can have that memory of her mom growing roses and then they can get a memory plaque to place in front of it. Also, it would show that he isn't forgetting her mom or replacing her.

    This reminds me of that one Reddit story where are the women had a kid and the grandparents systematically took her away and she couldn't get any proof of parental alienation. So glad that he at least got that recording

    You gave him 30 days, he didn’t leave, then CALL THE POLICE. You did NOT need to get a “formal” eviction notice.
