Alternative method by observation:- From 3rd equation we can say that x,y and z are all +ve since we can't take square root of -ve number . All numbers (x,y,z) must be perfect squares because if they're not , the sum of their square roots would be irrational and hence cannot equal 4. Now , from first equation, We can say that x,y and z are whole nos. Less than 6 and which are also perfect squares . The only perfect squares less than 6 are 0, 1 and 4. Now , the only combination of these three nos. That satisfies eq1 is by taking two of the nos (x,y,z) equal to 1 and one of them equal to 4 . This gives their sum to be equal to 6. And we can also check our answer by putting these values in the other two equations (Please correct me if I'm wrong😅)
