A few notes in case you want to make your tactical team more realistic:
1. They’re already spread thin splitting into two teams, and should never be clearing rooms solo.
2. The conversation should be kept to a minimum while in work mode. If they suspect terrorists, the last thing they want is to give away their position to an unknown assailant. I know you need expository dialogue too, so maybe keep their voices in hushed tones
3. Eyes should be consistently trained on their perimeter. Even if they just cleared a room, there is nothing saying a bad guy can’t enter behind them. Lowering your weapon and turning around to make eye contact with the person you are talking to before even clearing a hallway is very poor discipline. Staying alive is more important than workplace drama
4. This one is optional, but typically tactical teams expecting civilians will announce themselves at least once, and ask if there is anyone who can hear them
5. No one ever advises to shoot for legs... ever. Anyone with decent training will know to shoot tight controlled groups to the center of mass (torso). In te case of civilians, they need to have the trigger discipline to make a judgement call before shooting.
6. The reason why weapons training is drilled into you instead of just taught like a grade school class is so you can rely on muscle memory and discipline to overcome panic. I noticed you may plan to do the cliche “panic and spray bullets” trope, but anyone with decent training, even when panicked, should be able to maintain a certain level of fire discipline.

As much as I love this as FNAF, the plotline being brought up between the counter-terrorism units seems a lot more interesting. I think a series based around some military folk like this getting deep into some unnatural, eldritch stuff would be much more interesting than the (imo) completely unrelated FNAF stuff.

However, a professional task force wouldn't loiter in a potentially dangerous area, talking about personal problems. They'd clear the corners, wouldn't keep their backs vulnerable (at least one firearm aimed at 12 and 6 o'clock if possible and no open doors at their back, especially if the area hasn't been cleared) and they'd check potential hiding spots such as closets. Though I guess for the sake of Suspense and fiction it makes sense to do otherwise.
