This is the same one people may have watched on RUclips before, but here's a 720p upscaled version that RUclips shouldn't butcher as much as it would in 240p.
This video is interesting for showing off 1997 builds of Mario Artist Picture Maker (Paint Studio), Polygon Maker (Polygon Studio) and Talent Maker (Talent Studio). It's pretty different from final in a lot of ways, especially Talent Maker where the editor received a major overhaul afterwards.

The build of Talent Studio looks so much more complex in some ways compared to the final version.
I wonder why they scrapped the custom proportions and Ball rolling game.
Hopefully someone out there will one day find a blue disk of it and release it.

Since there were plans to have a game maker for Mario artist, perhaps they scrapped the ball rolling game in favor of releasing it in the cancelled game maker

If I did time-travel, perhaps I could help the 64DD become a permanent feature of Nintendo 64. And possibly have the idea of combining all Mario Paint titles for 64DD into one cartridge.
