I love watching your videos from Korea, and I really appreciate your thoughtful approach to showcasing different cultures! ❤ Really impressive and beautiful, thank you.
Love your videos. You are one of the best interviewers I have seen because of the love and respect you have for the people you interview. Always a pleasure to see them.
You inspire me man, am currently trying to pursue something along the lines of what you do with food, people and filmmaking. Hopefully one day our paths cross I’m gonna put my all into this
I’m telling u man this stuff brings me to near tears seeing that there’s an avenue for it, as well as how good the work you’re doing now is. Can’t really explain it but god do I appreciate what you do
I almost always refrain from comments but this was exceptional. The music, videography and narration all come together in a way thats so subtle yet distinctly unique. This is such beautiful artwork.
Failing is very much part of making pavs so well done for this guy persevering. In NZ & Aus, the pav is considered a signature dish & its creation is hotly contested between both. Poor fella probably didn't/doesn't realise he'll soon have the antipodean crowd biotching about who invented it first as they chow down at his cafe 😂
@@EatingWithRobert oh man, it's as contentious of a topic as who invented the Flat White (Oz), who can lay claim to Russell Crowe (kiwi-born but Aussie made) and is Crowded House Aussie or Kiwi (both). As to your initial question, as a 🥝, I can totally attest to the fact that we did, invent the Pav. Naturally. 😉
Such an incredible interviewer. He always connects to the master of that particular craft and lets that master tell and show the audience their work. All this wonderful interviewer is doing is giving us folks the privilege of witnessing greatness at work (both from the interviewer and his subject), and it truly feels like it is just that: a privilege.

Thanks so much!!
Coffee culture around the world is such a beautiful thing. The cafe vibe and experience is such a cool insight to the local community.
He actually competes in Korea as a barista as well. In his shop he has multiple degrees of roasting. His espresso is unreal.
genuinely love watching these🤍

Haha based on my research it looks like it was invented in New Zealand? Is that contested?
