This actually took place 10 years ago! My daughter was in college at Johnson and Wales in Baking and Pastry in Charlotte and they used some of the students to assist in making the cakes (which she was one of them) and decorating the car! Not sure why it took that many years for it to get posted!

It is just for decoration. You try making that out of cake batter. Plus he even said that the actual cake was the engine.
