Yeah, here in Texas we usually have at least 30 or 40 days over 100 per year. Last time I watched the local weather douche we were at 43 days and very few records. Although, the records are somewhat useless because they're comparing calendar dates and anyone with half a brain knows that climate shifts don't happen per our made up calendar, but either way, 2011 was significantly hotter with multiple temps in the 110's while the hottest we've had this year was like 107 so far.
True. Which is why none of them should be sued. That's what advertising is. And if you _keep going back_ even after you saw the actual food, that's on _you_ . The ads didn't make you go buy it. Did they brainwash people into forgetting what the food was like last time? Fast food is cheap crap. That's why people buy it. It's made by the lowest grade of employees in 30 seconds. They are going to sue them for what, because a few million people may have bought a sandwich they wouldn't have bought otherwise? So we fine them $100,000,000. And they raise prices on everything to make up the loss. Then raise prices again to cover the improvement in the food. They aren't going to do just say "ah, shit, i guess we will just have to sacrifice our profits for a few years". Do the consumers pay for it, as always. Almost everything wrong with the US today can be traced back to some stupid litigation that ended up just making life worse for everyone. Except lawyers that get rich off of it, the court members who get job security though yet another endless and winding and pointless process, and any number of politicians who take advantage of the situation to posture and get publicity.
Speaking about ads: I think that some of the most ridiculous and deceptive are those for cars. Never will you see real life; stuck in a traffic, tired or squabbling children in the back, etc.
There is a profession that is just food photography, quite often it isn’t even real food. A lot of cereals are photographed in Elmer’s glue instead of milk so it doesn’t get soggy for the pictures. With burger pics that are real the sandwich is made very gently and toppings are placed very strategically to look appealing, actual restaurant workers don’t have the time plus they usually get smushed in the wrapper , stuffed into a bag and passed out a window.

In the pretty much the entire EU and many other countries in the world, the American bud can't legally be sold under the brand name "Budweiser" as it legally belongs to a Czech brewery in Budweis. That means INFLATION IS STILL INCREASING, but at a slightly slower rate than previously. We’re talking 4% faster instead of 9% faster. i've noticed the same in the UK. Mass media fear mongering has got to people who are old enough to know better and remember weather patterns.

If Taco Bell is being sued for false advertising then this should include all fast food franchises
Agree. When I lived in Japan for over 8 years everywhere you go the food looked like the picture including McDonald's,
When you to a McDonalds and you get square bread.
With burger pics that are real the sandwich is made very gently and toppings are placed very strategically to look appealing, actual restaurant workers don’t have the time plus they usually get smushed in the wrapper , stuffed into a bag and passed out a window.

for those of you who don’t speak Democrat, let me translate for you
The RATE OF INFLATION INCREASE is slightly down. That means INFLATION IS STILL INCREASING, but at a slightly slower rate than previously.
We’re talking 4% faster instead of 9% faster. At this point, we would need a decrease of ~700% inflation to return to Trump-era levels
