He deliberately criticized his own sons song, I cannot think of any other actor who did that. He really is a legend, time really improved his vision towards life and even in his last days he was happy and whole hearted that he allowed a boy to see him in the hospital. Actors need to be like this, transparent and learning.

But he always spoke n shared his life truthfully and admitted his mistakes also, and asked forgiveness also..

True. But he was arrogant. My hubby was in the same plane in fact the same class( my husband had been upgraded to business class). He just congratulated Rishi Kapoor and said he loved him in Hu🔥m Tum. The actor did not acknowledge nor opened his lips. My hubby is not the type to gush. He hates fanboying. He didn't not do anything like that. Rishi Kapoor could have been gracious.
