What happened to the finishing touch?! There's a thin white layer of something on the raspberry filling and then raspberries! U didn't finish the whole desert!!
Hi Bertha, thanks for leaving a comment. The Raspberry Russe can be left plain or as I mentioned, finished with some fresh whipped cream , berries and a sprinkling of icing sugar . I had prepared one and made one live on facebook on Easter Sunday, can't put whipped cream on top of the fresh one I was demonstrating until the russe sets in the fridge overnight , so I made another one to show you what it would look like as a finished russe. Hope you try it out, it's delicious.
