Why are people of Gaza not in arms against this terrorist group Hamas. If Hamas is NOT a STATE entity, look at what has happened to the innocent civilians. I feel for them as it breaks my heart from Papua New Guinea, a country located thousands of miles away from the epi center of this civil war.

Hamas was supported by Israel to Govern Gaza instead of the corrupt PLO. You seem to believe that Israel was pure and fair but it had thousands of Palestinian children and women locked up in jail cells and who were beaten and sexually abused . There was also a facility that was torturing Palestinian men and crippling them.

Looks like contrary to any other military, Hamas did not defend it's population, but embeded within them and used them as shields. But I might be wrong.
