It's was not so much different then the final product outside the synth and the eletronic adding when William Orbit enter in the production, becuse everything that you hear in the demo ending in the final product.
This song is actually about her relationship with the British artist Andy Bird to whom she was actually very heavily imvolved with before she met Guy Ritchi, In fact, Madonna became pregrant with Andy's child but aborted at 4 months of pregnancy,
