    1 cup of rice, rested in water for at least 30 min.
    Add same amount of water as rice: 1 cup.
    Place rice in a pot and add water.
    3 min on medium-high heat.
    Stir when water boils to prevent rice sticking to the bottom.
    When it becomes like porridge and bubble up, you are doing it right.
    Put on the lid and boil at low heat for 10 min.
    Turn off the heat and let it rest for 10 min.
    If you would like to add toppings like a rice bowl, add them now, let it rest for 5 min with the lid on.
    Give it some stir before serving.
    With the left-over rice that's stuck to the pot, add water and boil it. When it cools down, rice will fall off easily.
    You could eat this like a warm porridge.
