Hello! I followed the steps. Everything is ok. The only issue is that I don’t receive notifications when it is an alarm or it is arm or disarmed. Also, in the BlueEye app I can’t see the event history. I’m using the system with Static Ip connection (ddns). Thanks a lot!

Just Paradox panels.
I can’t see a serial number on the panel. I just moved into a new house and the security was already set up. Any ideas?

What is the difference between with blueeye and inside gold. Which to use?
You can use them both. The BlueEye app works with the video doorbell not with insite gold.
When I go to create, it goes to something called blue eye and wants site name in swan and swan email. What hell is swan?
This app is discontinued, you have to use the BlueEye app now. And you won't be able to set it up unless you are a paradox installer.
Hi, I followed these steps but after I type in panel serial number, nothing else pops up. It just hangs at that screen…any ideas?
Make sure the IP150 is connected to the internet and has an IP address.
@@JasonTech yes, i have IP address. I’ve already programmed system using babyware.
When I installed using blue eye application, I was able to add the device locally but not on SWAN server. When I add locally, it prompts me saying the IP 150 needs an update, I acccept and it hangs on 1%. I then tried to update the IP 150 manually using the PC software. When I try to add it using IP address, it states it has not been registered with SWAN server so then I try to add it via serial number and it saying panel S/N or password incorrect. I defaulted panel but same issue

Hi, If I buy used IP module which has been already registered but I don't have credentials, can I reset it and register it again on my name?
Yes, but you will have to contact Paradox to clear it. So you can use it.
Can I use this app on two devices without another payment, with same settings?

i did the normal install and clicked one month free and it says my subscription has expired without even an hour of use, How is this possible?

Have you tried the blueEye app? But you will have to wait for Paradox to get there servers back up. It’s down again

Hi. Notifications doesn't work with Static IP (DDNS). It only works with the subscription.
