This Bhajan is in praise of Lord Sri Ganesha, who is the leader of Ganas, god of Daivatas, and representative of people, who has pure moral virtues, we bow to him. The Lord who is the son of goddess Gauri, who has one tusk with a curved trunk, who is the master of elephants, who is adorned with a crescent moon on his forehead, we bow to him. He is the one who is skilled in music, who is worshipped by Gurus, who establishes the Dharma, who is the innermost soul of all the sacred Vedas, the force behind surging torrents in the river Ganga, who gives pleasure to the heart of the goddess Gauri, whose conduct is spotless, we bow to him.
