      Hello,
If you are talking about WorkSpace then each user will have their own session and desktop environment on their WorkSpace, and they will be able to access the applications that you have deployed to them. You can also use AWS Systems Manager Application Management to deploy and manage applications for your WorkSpaces, and control the visibility and access of the applications for your users.

How do you get connected to internet from Workspace?

      Hi,
If you are using AWS Directory Services for Microsoft Active Directory then you must have to create a VPC with one public subnet and two private subnets. But better to go with default VPC and no need to select any subnets. It will directly assigned you a private ip address on that default VPC on next step.
You can configure your workspace in a public subnet as well but for this you must have to create an internet gateway and update the route table for your public subnets. With the help of this you can assign the public IP address to your workspace auto or manually.
