As a kid I loved the book but a few years later I forgot what the book was about cause I got it from a library to read it

Hall Of Horrors is sadly overlooked. Stuck between the Horrorland & Slappyworld titles is tough

Honestly what I’ve read (so far) in slappyworld is decent. I’m currently looking at a Horrorland book. I’ve heard that Slappyworld and Horrorland mirror the classic series. And I’ve noticed that Most Wanted and Hall Of Horrors from what I’ve read feel like Series 2000. If Stine could write 4 more books after the 19th slappyworld I hope he comes back to y’all of horrors or maybe makes a sequel based series like “Sequels Of Terror” where we get continuations it some books. This would be one I’d love to see a sequel on. Honestly one of my all time favorite books from Goosebumps!

This book is certainly one of the fresher concepts in the more recent books. It's pretty intense and effectively for the most part. I think maybe I would have liked if Emmy started off trying to be a friend but got more abusive as it goes on, as she goes bad a bit quickly and the twist is kinda forced. But otherwise I quite like this one.

To say she was a bit unhinged might be too convenient. I still don’t understand her motive, she laid it out. But then at the end something happened to make you think “well why didn’t she just do it to Jack?” It makes no sense and I’m still confused. We probably won’t get one but I think a sequel or maybe word from Stine what that ending really represents to the story would help. Because she spent so much time blackmailing and threatening Jack why didn’t she just do what she did to the kid at the end with Jack? That would’ve solved her problem. Which makes me think the kid that’s trapped at the end had to be of AI background, maybe even responsible for the phone ending up in Jack’s possession maybe? It would make sense given the camera seen🤔

This review proves that it is not necessary to always have a monster in goosebumps

I read this book when I was a lot younger and don't remember enjoying it much. This video makes me want to dig it out and read it again to see if it's better than I remember

It’s not a monster or ghostly vibe story a good majority of goosebumps exemplifies. It almost doesn’t feel like a traditional goosebumps book! But I highly recommend giving it a reread! If your mind doesn’t changes it’s always okay, people have different flavor palettes when it comes to goosebumps. I just really enjoyed the premise and style of story telling in this book!

Oh yes it was. I felt genuinely disturbed by how real the feeling of the book conveyed. Honestly one of my all time favorite goosebumps book. I almost want a sequel to it to figure out why and how the ending happened the way it did!

@@goosebumpscompletionist7709 yeah I like the idea of that. my favorite is why I quit zombie school it from hall of horrors

I think the twist ending was pretty forced and just there for the sake of there being a twist. Similar issue I had with Five Masks of Dr. Screem. It's cool to theorize the meaning of the ending just to get some more enjoyment out of it but realistically... I don't think Stine puts that much thought into it and just goes for the surprise/shock/humor factor.
Oddly enough, my review for this book is the longest of my Hall of Horrors reviews lol.

The ending made no sense it was my main drawback with the book. Emmy’s abilities weren’t fleshed out enough for it to make sense unfortunately. It was so close to feeling perfect for me💀

Hopefully our guy Michael Goosebumps Fan doesn't read this one. He does not dig AI. This book does sound very interesting though. I believe that "Hall of Horrors" is the only Goosebumps series that I've never read at least one entry from.

Hi Goosebumps Completionist, I made a review of this book on my channel. The review is in the advertisment section of the discord. This book is pretty good, I used to hate it when I first got it. Not anymore.
