My laptop runs Ubuntu and it was so easy to add a projector. Just go into Settings, Screen Display. With the projector connected (VGA) it just appears as a second display. Libre Office Impress put my notes on the lap top and the full screen slide on the projector. If I encounter a new Epsom, can I still do this? Or, does USB plug and play work on Linux?
Use extended displays instead of duplicated displays. Basically just setting the projector to show ONLY what needs to be shown, while the computer's main screen is for the other stuff that is NOT to be shown at all to anyone but you.
Why does It show 'Unsupported USB",?

Slow video playback on the projector؟
yes . thats a downside ..
is this setup can be used in epson eb-s31?
Good Morning, John - this set up supports some US models only.
nice audio
is there suppose to be a delay when watching videos/ movies
Yes, because it is slow interface. If possible, use normal VGA or HDMI connection instead.
