Material Map - IC Package to System Level Modeling - Simcenter Flotherm

This video demonstrates use Material Map Technology in Simcenter Flotherm (from version 2404) for an IC to package leveraging data imported from EDA tool Calibre and then subsequent generation of an Embeddable BCI-ROM IC package model that is secure and shareable in the electronics supply chain from semiconductor company to their clients.
The Embeddable BCI-ROM model of the package is then used in a model of a smartphone to represent use in electronics OEMs.
